The staff, starting with those at the front desk, but including the housekeepers, bellhops, and restaurant servers were always friendly and sought to know how they could make our stay better. Our rooms were cleaned daily and in top condition. The restaurant served a variety of foods, all fresh and appealing. The gym, while small was adequate and offered an amazing view of the Han River, the peninsula, and beyond to the ocean. The Furgun coffee shop was also pleasant with a variety of both hot and cold beverages with a relaxing atmosphere. Finally, our rooms had a spectacular view of the Han River and the Dragon Bridge.

The hotel is situated near some night entertainment which did not bother me, but one of my colleagues needed a room change in order to sleep better. I must say, however, the hotel staff was quick to find a different accommodation for my colleague and everything was good for the remainder of the trip.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Ms. Giang, the Guest Relations Supervisor, and I must say she went above and beyond in ensuring my trip was seamless and enjoyable. From organizing tours in Da Nang to arranging activities in Phu Quoc, her dedication, expertise, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. Ms. Giang's extensive knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to assist guests made all the difference. She provided excellent advice tailored to my preferences and took care of every detail with a smile. Her professionalism and passion for her work are evident, making her one of the best Guest Relations Supervisors I have ever met. Thanks to Ms. Giang, my trip exceeded expectations, and I can't recommend her services highly enough. She truly exemplifies excellence in hospitality.

Amazing Riverview and Dragon Bridge corner room . We have travelled a lot and in relation to value for money this is the best room we have ever stayed in by far . Wi-Fi strong . Very big clean rooms with comfortable round beds . Huge Bath ! Helpful Guest relations people specifically, Huong Giang , who was always there to assist and more . Location handy to everything . Refreshing rooftop undercover pool . Great Breakfast .

Only one small thing .. 2 out of the 3 days we stayed .. at breakfast .. I had to ask for the bacon and sausages to be replenished as not a huge Westerner menu .

Lovely spacious room, huge comfy bed, double bath. Excellent view of Dragon Bridge. Very attentive staff. Good breakfast choice. Very busy coffee shop downstairs. Very pleasant stay.

The top two floors! The pool is tiny, more of a dip pool, and cold. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool as we love to swim but didn't even bother to get in this one. Not a very welcoming area. The sky bar area looked terrible. It was raining and water was pouring in through the overhead canopy. Excellent drinks menu but sadly not an inviting area to spend any time in. Probably nicer during the dry season.

Well worth staying at this Hotel, super friendly staff, great service, rooms modern and fresh and exceptionally comfortable beds, the coffee shop on level 1 gives you 15 percent discount and make the best coffees. Pay a bit more and book a room with a river view, well worth doing as its a magnificent site to see the Dragon bridge and the river. Our last hotel in Vietnam before we head to Thailand, must compliment the Hotel on it cleanliness and a great breakfast. Would recommend this place as its walking distance to great restaurants and the markets.

We stayed in the penthouse suites (2 bedroom with 3 beds. The entire unit was beyond our expectation & the view was spectacular. It was clean, bright, luxury & spacious. The bed was comfortable. The best room we ever stayed! All the staffs were friendly and could speak English esp The staff Tuan, Vi were helpful.

Although it was the highest floor #18. We could hear the Traffic noise and loud music and people screaming from pub/bar nearby till midnight. However, we were heavy sleepy so it did not really bother us. Just a note: The hotel is very strict with the check in 2pm & check out time 12pm. Our pickup was scheduled at 2pm to the airport & the room was vacant. I requested for late checkout but was told the hotel charged 50% of booking fee for late check out request. Anyway, they provided service to hold our Lugguage in after checkout till pickup time.

The property is in a great location, right next to the river and all the shops. Can see the Dragon Bridge from the hotel. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. I forgot my tumbler in the lobby and they kept it for me until I return to the hotel. We also had to check out early due to our flight and the hotel packed a to go breakfast for everyone in our party. That was very nice.

Because it is right next to the river, you will hear a lot of traffic noise from the bedroom. We stayed at the hotel when Vietnam won the ASEAN game and there was a huge celebration on the Main Street and bridge til probably 1:00am.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Haian Riverfront Hotel Da Nang. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of places to eat and bars dotted around, only a short walk to Han Market. The Sky Bar has happy hour and is really good value for cocktails, the view from the top floor is amazing. From the hotel you can see the Dragon Bridge unfortunately we missed the fire breathing performance as this only happens on the weekends. However, the bridge does light up every evening at 7pm. The staff at the Haian were welcoming and friendly each and every member of staff was very approachable and wanting to assist, nothing felt like too much trouble. Breakfast each morning has a huge and varied selection to choose from, one of the best we had experienced in Vietnam. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, not super hard like most of the beds we have experienced in Vietnam. We had a room with balcony, the room was quite large with a nice bath and shower. Good water pressure and nicely set out. Rooms are cleaned daily however you can hang a do not disturb sign and just request fresh towels if you choose to. All in all this hotel is recommended for a lovely relaxing stay in DaNang.

My only little issue would be we booked a room with a balcony however the balcony was so tiny there was room for 1 person to stand and a pot plant. This wasn't clearly shown in the photos or communicated to us when booking - most people would expect a balcony to be somewhere to sit outside not necessarily big, but larger than standing space. We estimated this one to be around 300mm (Deep) x 400 (Wide) mm or 11" x 15"

Great view of the dragon bridge. Got the corner room so it felt very spacious. Location was great too! Very near plenty of restaurants and coffee places. There is a coffee place right below the hotel called frigun (had good salted caramel coffee). Guests gets 15% off when ordering at Frigun. It's also walkable distance to Han market! About 7-8 mins walk.

Breakfast was average. They didn't refill the items quick enough, leaving us with limited options. Skipped breakfast the next day and went to ut tich coffee instead for morning coffee and croissant (about 8mins walk).

The staff here are wonderful, attentive to the guest's needs. The included breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, albeit predominantly of Asian types. I enjoyed the Firgun coffee shop for meeting with colleagues or just hanging out, and there are a number of food options outside the hotel in walking distance. The hotel and the rooms are well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. This was my second visit to this Da Nang hotel, and I will stay here again should I be in this city.

I cannot think of anything to complain about.
