We loved our stay in this Boutique Hotel, it was just as pictured. Very friendly, helpful service. Quiet. Excellent value for money - we paid $85 AUD for two nights. The swipe key has a code so you can enter the gate/front door if it’s not open. Great location. We walked everywhere, although there are hotel cycles available. Close to many restaurants, laundry, mini marts. It is close to the ‘tail’ end of the dragon bridge. I loved our room on the second floor facing the courtyard/street. It was bright and spacious. Nicely decorated with ledges/shelving to put your suitcase on, which is lacking in a lot of other hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, an extra two pillows would make it more so, otherwise you are leaning against the wall. The shower was hot. Not a fan of the shower curtain but it’s tight for space so understandable. Feedback for improvement: 1. replace the linen curtains with lined curtains that you can draw across to also cover the other side window. The current tab curtains look nice but they are see through (from inside not out as tinted glass) and hard to draw across, so it’s not very dark at night and quite bright in the morning. See attached pic. Lined curtains would also absorb the construction/traffic noise from across the road. We managed to rig them closed with hair clips haha and cover the other window so we did sleep well - it didn’t affect us too much. 2. The rooms are cleaned every two days - water and coffee sachets to cover both days please. Upon check out we were given a lovely letter in a sealed wax envelope. If you love a personal homely experience, this is the place for you! Highly Recommend.

Nice asthetics, pool was lovely on a warm afternoon or evening. Location was close to Dragon Bridge which for us was good for the Dragon Show on Sunday night. Great coffee shop next door that does great coconut coffee. Spacious room with plenty of room for two couples in the 2 bedroom apartment. Plenty of drinking water supplied.

We were on the top floor where a kitchen area was that was not air-conditioned so it was very hot every time we walked out of our room and waited in this area for the elevator. It would've been nice to have a couch or comfortable chairs to relax in rather than just dining chairs, there was certainly plenty of room for it.

The location of LaDa's house is great for exploring the area near the river. There is a cosmopolitan mix of dining options nearby. Our bed was comfortable and the airconditioner was nice and quiet. I would heartily recommend the pool which is flanked with tropical plants. On one occasion our hostess made us a cup of jasmine tea while we were using the pool area. That pretty much sums up LaDa's house - very thoughtful hosts. The pool area also had a chess board and relaxing music. The rooms had extra touches such as tea/coffee facilities and fresh drinking water on demand. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was something ordered in advance from a list of options and served at a time you nominate. I thought the Vietnamese options were particularly nice as was the coffee.

We were staying during the Vietnamese school holidays so at times it was a little noisy however, it didn't stop us having a very pleasant stay. This was something out of the control of our hosts.

It is conveniently situated just a few minutes' walk from the local shopping market and a variety of restaurants. This proximity allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the local cuisine and culture without any hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The friendly and accommodating staff, serene environment, spotless accommodations, and prime location make it an ideal choice for travelers. I would gladly stay here again and encourage others to experience the exceptional service and amenities this hotel has to offer.

Very clean and nice design. The room is very cozy. Located at town area and walkable to a lot of cafes and the dragon bridge. Breakfast provided at your choice, but we dont really like the breakfast. The staffs are kind as well and even offer to help to book the grab. There is a cute dog in the property.

Overall is good, just got some communication issue. We stayed for 2 nights and forgot to let them make up the room on the second day. Then we requested for a drinking water refill, and the staff passed us 2 bottles of mineral water. I thought that was free, but they charged us when we check out. Not trying to be calculative, but it would be good to state in the room rule or better communication.

The location was really good and the breakfast, although a small amount of choices, if you chose the Vietnamese breakfast it was delicious. The room was a good size and it was lovely and quiet. Was nice to have a lift in the building. Unfortunately didn’t get time to use the pool but it looked like a very quaint little area to spend some time. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

There was a code that you needed to get back into the building as they locked the front door if the front counter wasn’t attended to. Unfortunately no one told us the code or that they would do this, so got stuck outside ( only for a short time ) If you like a firm bed, all good. But we found the bed a little hard.

Everything is as mentioned. We had a lovely stay. I was happy that they had water in glass bottles that they could refill. The pool is nice though the area could be more welcoming / clean I feel. Location is good , close to lots of food , supermarket, punk church, dragon Bridge. Not close to the beach though but doable 30mins walk.

I wish they had more vegan options because the only thing I could get for breakfast was banhmi. Also the breakfast was a bit light (one options of food + drink). Free bicycles would be a big plus for Danang!

Friendly staff, great location. Apartment was well designed as well as the building. Pretty good value for the price.

The pool area needed tidying, it looked like it was used for storage. More utensils, there was 1 cup and 1 glass each and no bowls/ plates, so you couldn't really eat even though there was a fridge cooking facilities, was overly basic. 1 room in the apartment with the double bed was tiny and the one with singles was huge, felt like it should be the other way around for families etc
