Nice job on the refresh of this older building. Like the efficiency of no front office and the way soap etc was supplied in dispenser units. The room was spacious, and comfortable
The neighborhood generally is a little rundown. A little more bathroom counterpart would have been nice.

Rooms looked to be newly remodeled and were clean. Checkin was easy via email code. Within walking distance to a few places to eat and there was a nice little sitting area outside the rooms. Price was reasonable.

The room was super clean, my biggest area of concern in a motel. Since they were in the middle of renovations you had a room, period. But that wasn't a big deal for us and we would absolutely stay there again. We also liked not having to mess with a card to unlock the door.
The check in process needed to be explained before arrival. We were a bit confused!

It was simple and quant. It was so close to Mt Rushmore, but more impressively, Crazy Horse. So many shops and restaurants to keep you entertained. Love it
The water pressure wasn't amazing, and the conjoining building was under rejuvenation. Not much negative to say.

outer appearance of motel next to it looked a little shaky but when pulled in to this one it was really nice

we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The keypad lock was covenant.
No ice machine but there was a store across the street where we could purchase some.

The room are newly renovated, super clean! Met the owner and was very friendly and helpful. Very close to downtown. Definitely will return!
