Amazing Stay Overall. Lovely Rooms. Great View. Awesome Location.

This was a family trip and had my elderly parents with me on this trip. We were not told that the bedroom was upstairs so as a result we had to downgrade the room. However, we were not refunded the difference for the downgrade. We were told that we booked via booking.com so that they were not able to help us. The reception staff were difficult to work with. They didn't take head to our requests and unfortunately, we had no chose as we had elderly people with us. We paid the extra price even though we downgraded the room.

The location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has a bath tub and a shower. The staff, minus the cleaning staff, were wonderful. Ocean views from the bedroom window Lovely pool and outside area

Our room, 214, had some issues. We arrived and a very rough and unfriendly cleaning lady told us we can’t enter the room. She proceeded to call reception to complain. She then hurriedly cleaned the room and we could tell upon entering. I was afraid to ask her for more toilet paper when we ran out. Our room was cleaned once over a 4-night stay. There were old cigarette butts on the balcony. A 4-plate stove in the room and not a single pot or pan. Shower door was broken. Bin was broken. Trash wasn’t collected, and with a toddler in tow it began to smell. I emptied the trash myself on the third day. Plug in bathroom sink was broken. Loadshedding was a real pain as the elevator didn’t work anymore. They only gave us one keycard and charged me R200 for another one.

the location of the hotel is perfect 150 from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The service is impeccable because everything is clean, large rooms and bathrooms. The welcome at the reception and the friendliness of the staff were brilliant and make you want to come back. I recommend this hotel to anyone coming for vacation or for work.

Very spacious room with comfortable bed and clean bathrooms with nice hot water. Very friendly and helpful customer service! Great location - easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach front.

Although the room had a kitchenette with a stove top, there were no pots or pans, no chopping board, knife etc for food preparation, no dish cleaning brush, or detergent or tea towel. We asked for a few things which were very promptly provided and bought some others ourselves and left behind after our stay.

2 highlights, the receptionist was wonderful and the second highlight was the bed linen.

My husband's sweater just disappeared out of the room,and until today we didn't get eny proper feedback...

The staff are incredible and went out oftheir way to tend to our needs! I think a backup system def a necessity now with all the load shedding ! This is a 4 star hotel therefore needs to keep up with the energy crisis. Pillows a little soft but otherwise we love this hotel !!

We liked the location, our room was very comfortable, we expected a better view as per the booking pics. .we were on the 2nd floor....

Booking in was a bit....only 1 person at reception and she was stressed with her workload...

Didn’t know about the breakfast but had enjoyable snack lunch.

Warning on the room door about loadshedding. And about the patio doors that cannot be opened from the outside once shut on the stoep.

Spacious and clean, walking distance from Mojo Market and restaurants. Good view of the ocean. Room is Luxurious, c osy and warm.

Parking was difficult to get in and out of, especially if you have a bigger car or bakkie.
