B&K Worthing is a splendid old building with lovely immediate grounds and adjacent to Victoria Park. Plenty of good parking and a lot of places to sit and relax. Cold weather kept us from wandering around but the hotel was a very nice place to be in for the day - not something I can say about anywhere else that I have stayed.
Only one or two details marred my visit, first was a noisy radiator in our attic room which I could have reported to staff but kept forgetting about it until bedtime. Some of the industrial furniture was a bit irritating to use and not really built for comfort or convenience.

Lovely pub and restaurant, smiley staff. The woman on reception showed us up 4 flights of stairs to our room, explained everything, very attentive with a pleasant and helpful manner.Bar staff just as welcoming. The room was large and stylish.check in / out very easy.Breakfast was very good indeed.evening meal was on the table promptly.
The bathroom in our room was very cold and drafty, the window frame full of gaps making it pretty uncomfortable. The shower tray drained very very slowly meaning you are standing in about inch of water with no grippy rubber mat.The TV remote was dead so tv didn't function.Only one radiator of 2,worked so a tad cold during the night. We stayed in a room up in the gables, many stairs to climb, for those with mobility issues it would be good to know this.

This hotel has free and easy parking, as well as an after hours back entrance for the hotel portion. Lunch in the restaurant is decent and cheap enough, and the breakfast was filling. There are actually a choice of hot breakfasts, aside from the standard full English. There is a fridge and a bottle opener in the room, in addition to a kettle with tea and coffee. The outlets have USB plugs. 10-15 minute walk to the center of town.
One of the two radiators in my room was broken, but thankfully it wasn’t all that cold even in January. Watch your head on the attic room ceiling, and bear in mind they have neither an elevator nor a lift. There’s not much light in the shower, and none at the mirror, making shaving a challenge.

Very convenient for the town and seafront. Easy to find and plenty of parking space. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and really well decorated and styled. Lovely comfortable bed and great shower. Great facilities all round.
We would have given top marks aside from we visited on a very cold windy day and as it's an old building, the windows were drafty and the fabulous thick curtains covered the big radiator (under the window). We managed to tuck the curtains up so eventually we were toasty warm! The main road can also be a bit noisy - but we still slept well. :))

The location and the building itself was special. Inside there was an unusual layout with lots of sitting areas. It felt comfortable and cosy. The outside garden area was nice too. The choice of beers was excellent. The staff was very attentive. Food was good, breakfast, lunch and evening.. Plenty of parking on site. Lovely style bedroom and ensuite.
Maybe the room should have been checked out before we went in. We put something in the fridge at night not realising until the morning that it was not switched on at the mains, as well as the kettle. There were no sachets of milk. The shower gel fitting was broken.

The location is great, walking distance to the shops and beach front We stayed 5 nights mid week and the evenings was very quiet throughout the week. Massive carpark The room was equipped with a small fridge and coffee and tea making facilities. The room had good storage for our longer stay. The pub serves decent food. We ate here 2 nights and made the most of the pub food and drink deals on offer. Breakfast was also good, a small buffet, limited variety but okay. The cooked breakfasts were nice. The price was excellent for Worthing and will stay here again when visiting family.
Friday night was very noisy, our room overlooked the beer garden and the windows are traditional timber so didn't really close properly. However the noise did stop around 11 so it really wasn't too much of a problem for us. Consistency on the buffet would be good On the surface the room looked fairly clean but needs a good dust!

Great welcome when we arrived with free beer. Told where everything was. Shown to our room. This is a pub with a micro brewery, vast choice in beers and all other spirits. We had an excellent evening meal and the breakfast was lovely. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of parking with 4 car charging points. Short stroll in to town centre and sea front. Will definitely be back next year.
Unfortunately outside our bedroom was a large extraction unit for the kitchen below so was constant noise until 10.30 pm (room 106). I would imagine with windows open it would not be good. That is the only bad thing to say.

Perfect location for the town centre and beach. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well presented, the bed was also very comfortable. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant with a great selection to choose from and equally great selection of beer's and ales. Breakfast was wonderfully relaxed and as with everything else great attention to detail from the lovely staff. Stayed in quite a few places and payed a lot more and they didn't even come close to being this good. We will definitely be back.
Nothing really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

Easy to find, this was a much bigger property than I'd expected, the bar/restaurant/garden being a popular spot with locals, and the beer brewed on the premises was very good, though the bottle in the fridge was missing, compensated for with a free pint in the bar; they had run out of bottled beer! The room was the cheaper quirky room but we loved it. Some really nice touches, comfortable bed, easy to use shower, quirky bedside lights, USB ports and plenty of sockets on both sides of the bed. Breakfast was also good. I'd stay here again nest time I am in the area
The windows didn't open.

The room furnishings were slightly industrial, which was quirky and much enjoyed. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We had a beer masterclass, which was a gift and surpassed all expectations. We ate with the masterclass, and all the food we had was tasty and fresh. Breakfast was unhurried and made to order. Lottie took the masterclass, organised our food, and was there again for breakfast service. She was outstanding throughout.
We had no hot water in the morning for a shower. This was due to a mismatch of the taps apparently. I'm sure it would have been sorted sooner but we didn't mention it until we came down to breakfast.
