Edenton is a beautiful town. The area is very different from what we are used to from up North. We don’t normally stay at Motels with children but had a hard time finding a place to accommodate 2 large dogs. We were happy to find a place with good reviews from other travelers with dogs. The family that runs the place were pleasant and very helpful. The room was outdated but clean and for the price that we paid we were pleasantly surprised! I appreciate the fact our room had vinyl plank flooring and not carpet. The property was what was expected of a motel and was kept neat. We had a grass area in front and to the sides for the dogs.

There wasn’t anything about the property that made our stay uncomfortable but maybe other guests.. there was pot smoking outside but when walking by the people were nice. Just not something we wanted around the kids but not something we haven’t experienced before at other places we’ve stayed. it’s not a resort.

The location is perfect for getting to destinations in and around the Inner Banks. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The management is very attentive and personable. The value of what you get is a good choice given the other options available in Edenton. If you are expecting modern and upscale - this is not the place for you. If you want a clean, comfortable place to stay then the Coach House Inn will meet your expectations.

Depending upon the room you get - some fixtures are better than others.

The owner of hotel was very nice, we had accidently booked a smoking room he offered to change it we were fine with out room. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk into the little town. Last minute reservation on a holidat weekend under 100 for sure worth it when travelling and needing that one extra day before returning home. My daughter left her lap top there hotel so nice to call us and let us know they packaged it up we paid for UPS pick up

LOL needed a pool and a hot tub every hotel needs that

The family that runs this property was very accommodating and pleasant.

The location at first seemed very sketchy but I did not have any unpleasant experiences. Everyone we’ve encountered was nice. The rooms are outdated but kept clean.

Convenient location to our destination. Hotel staff that checked us in was very friendly and even told some town history. Room was clean, I liked that it was not carpeted.

Only issues was the TV did not work and I found an inscent stick in the bed.

The owner was nice and friendly. We had a blast staying there. It was safe feeling as well.

All, the price all the staff very friendly. Would, and have recommend to others.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They were extremely understanding and accommodating. It was overall one of the best stays I've had at a hotel.

Friendly staff, close to amenities and historic town, excellent value for money

The fridges need upgrading, as they make a ticking noise. The friendly staff member changed one for us, but it still made a ticking noise throughout the night. Would have liked an ice machine too.

The staf was extremely friendly and welcoming. They are extremely understanding and patient and greet you with a smile.

I have no complaints with my stay.

Overall very friendly staff and the rooms were clean. Our privacy was respected and no one came in while the "do not disturb" sign was out. The bathroom was more spacious than expected and the room came with a microwave and fridge.

The rooms are a bit old but everything worked just fine. The main problem was the wi-fi. I could only get one bar at most and the wi-fi couldn't connect to my laptop whatsoever. Also due the need of a password they give you, clicking on the wi-fi would take you to an external site which didn't load half of the time. Everything else was fine besides the wi-fi.
