I loved the first desk associate that checked me in. She was wonderful. Great personality and extremely professional. I wish I could remember her name. The young lady that made breakfast was Lovely, as well as the young man who checked me out.

The bathroom wasn't clean. There was someone else's hair all throughout the shower and even on the towels. Luckily I bring my own cleaning supplies and washcloth. However, if the bathroom wasn't clean, the odds of the bed linens being clean are low. My Lysol just didn't seem like enough. For the price I paid for a 15 hour stay seems deserving of cleanliness

The facility is a halfway stop for us every year on the way to vacation. I like that we were greeted by a friendly staff and offered water and a cookie upon arrival. The Hampton is easy access to and from Rt 17 and there are sufficient restaurant choices for dinner. The bed was very comfortable and the room is a good size. Breakfast is always good with many choices that satisfy everyone.

I am a hair fanatic and always seem to find strands of hair somewhere in the bathroom. This creeps me out and makes me feel uncomfortable. If the hair were mine it wouldn't bother me quite as bad. I am also very picky and realize how hard it is to receive a perfectly cleaned room. Overall, the room was great !!

We have stayed here a number of times. We use it as a stopover when traveling from Ohio to the Outer Banks. The location is great. We stop here after a 10-hour drive, and then we get up early the next morning to get to the OBX. We've always found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and there is the typical space you'd expect in a hotel like this. There are several restaurants directly around the hotel so it's easy to find a place to eat. We'll come back next year for sure.

The only minor gripe is that the room air conditioner was quite loud, but those units are just naturally loud. There's not too much that can be done about it. We didn't feel it was the hotel's fault.

The location was perrfect. The room was a nice size; very clean and no issues. The staff was nice. I really liked the breakfast, because it had a lot more options that most hotels do not.

The tv in the first room we were in, was not connecting to the cable. It took us a while to realize this. Once we called the front desk, they were very helpful. They helped us with troubleshooting and we realized the tv was not going to connect. The front desk switched our room for us, with no hesitation. Other than this issue, everything else was great!

Breakfast was very good. There was a woman in charge of breakfast there that was so helpful and was working very hard to keep replenishing the food items as well as keep tables sanitized for guests. wish I got her name as she was a amazing!

I made a mistake thinking the hotel did not allow pets as my husband is very allergic to dogs. We saw several dogs in the lobby during check in and asked if they might have a room that pets are never assigned to for anyone allergice. They do not however she told us if he had a problem when he got into the room to let her know. She was very helpful giving us ideas where to eat dinner in the area since it was our first visit.

The location to ECSU, the staff was polite, personable and accommodating all the way down to the breakfast buffet. I love that the hotel is neat and very clean. the tables had signs that they was disenfected. The staff from the desk to meeting people in passing was polite and courteous. my favorite place to stay.

The pool was not inspected despite knowing it was a big weekend for the state. it should have been pre inspected earlier in anticipation for that weekend having a full house.

I love that there is convenient parking and access to the front door of the hotel. The elevators are near the front desk so I didn’t have to go looking around corners or down the hall for them.

The ice machine was out of service on the third floor.

The breakfast isn’t as good as it use to be. It’s gone down in the last two or three years. The lady that was in charge of breakfast hasn’t been seen. She was very professional and caring.

The food and service

Hospitality was awesome. Staff always had a smile and very helpful.

I requested housekeeping everyday of my stay. That Friday all I needed was to pick up my towels and give me clean ones for one room and clean the other room. Was not done. Next day Ms Rita took great care of us. Thank you to Ms Rita

The location was perfect for the occasion. Bo (manager) greeted us with a smile, was very informative and accommodating. So thankful for his superb customer service.

I stayed here a couple years ago and all was great. I feel there are some minor updates needed in the bathrooms and with the beds.
