The breakfast was typical for hotels of this caliber, barely acceptable. I think you should just stop offering those fake omelettes and turkey sausage, yuk. Take a lesson from the Europeans and do a nice Continental breakfast. The location was less than desirable. Not a restaurant in sight. We had to go to the local Piggly Wiggly, (lousy area) and settled for some of their deli fried chicken. We have used many Hampton Inns over the years during our travels and what I have observed is a steady decline in quality, with an increase in price when there should have been a decrease.

All staff members were pleasant to deal with and made you feel that they really are there for you. Front desk, dining staff, etc. Not a single issue. The dining staff did a great job of keeping everything stocked during breakfast hours with hot food. The room was very clean as were the linens. The HVAC worked well. The nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch to avoid running into things in the middle of the night!

The breakfast was nice, i mostly ate cereals with skimmed milk. but there was also egg, sausages and hash browns and more. Also there was free coffee 24/7 wich was great! The gym is small but functional, it has the basics to do cardio and strenght excercises. Staff was very kind and helped us with all our questions.

The AC on our room was great, the temperature was very comfortable. it was just a little noisy that's all. same goes for the toilet, incredibly noisy (for use at night)

The location was amazing. Beautiful forest and lawns all around. Everything was up to standard for Hampton Inns. The breakfast was good and staff was super kind and accomodating.

The mattresses were not good. Possibly needs upgrading at this point. Sheets were rough and pillows have seen better days. Wish that the breakfast had berries of some type. It was strawberry season in Columbus and no berries.

Really well located for visiting family inside Fort Moore. Also had the chance to visit the Infantry Museum. It’s within walking distance of the Hampton Inn and both a brilliant and informative way to learn about the US infantry.

In room coffee maker was a bit tricky and produced coffee that wasn’t quite strong enough. Not a big deal…since there is freshly made coffee in the reception area and also the breakfast room

Me and my family stayed here for my son's Army graduation for 4 days, this place is just perfect. Very clean, nice pool very quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. I definitely will come back.

We have stayed here multiple times. We love this property. The team is amazing the rooms are always clean. The coffee and cookies are top notch! This is a wonder spot if visiting Fort Moore. They shampoo and conditioner the offer is great! As you can tell we love this place! We feel very safe here!

Wish there were some evening food options maybe like a snack bar. But they do offer cookies and fruit!

Breakfast was well presented,areas clean and food was refilled as needed. Liked the fact that they had a chicken sausage for those that prefer a healthier choice. Variety daily was very well appreciated.every

It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and nice. The staff was friendly. The location right by Fort Moore was great.

I enjoyed the breakfast, but my wife and daughter are vegan and there wasn't much they could eat. Please consider offering almond or soy milk as an option so that vegans or people with dairy intolerance can at least have cereal.

The front desk clerk, Jamisha (I hope I remembered her name correctly! We checked in 8/26/22.) was outstanding! Her attitude, and personality was so friendly, and open. She greeted my party as if we were old friends, and by the time she got us checked in, and gave us the spiel on the property, and amenities, and sent us on our way, we felt like we were. Everyone who works in this establishment were all so friendly, professional, welcoming, and so nice. At no point did we walk past the front desk, and were not greeted warmly by an employee with a smile. I don't know if I will ever be in Ft. Benning again, but if I am, I will definitely stay at The Hampton Inn South Ft. Benning. The property was clean, and smelled nice (it smelled like clean, not like cleaners), was brightly lit, and well maintained. The rooms were fairly spacious, and clean, and had plenty of towels. While the fridge could be a bit bigger, it was not an issue. We had a double queen, and it was perfect for my sister, and me. The proximity to post was what attracted us to book there, but the employees, the property, and especially the price is what made our stay memorable, and comfortable. The free continental breakfast was good. There were a few choices of juices, pastries/breads, eggs, meats, cereal, both hot and cold, and a seemingly endless supply of freshly brewed coffee. They offered the fresh coffee throughout the day, as well as hot water for teas, and cocoas. Bonus! They offered fresh chocolate chip cookies in the evening. That, I thought, was a very friendly touch that helps us weary travelers feel at home, and welcomed. We were very pleased all the way around, and I will certainly be telling anyone who is going to that area to book a stay here! A HUGE thank you to all the wonderful employees of Hampton Inn South Fort Benning for all of their hard work in taking care of us all. Y'all are amazing!
