Nice walking location to all in Orotava you would want to see. We definitely lucked out in parking, but budget several circles to come across if driving, but can stop in front of building for a bag drop (again plan time, you’ll need to download an App to get into your damn room … No attendant in afternoons). There is a lovely Apt on roof potentially. Our 102 room had a HUGE terrace and nice views, but room faces street and a main through for traffic. Breakfast decent. Morning staff great

No attendant Impersonal check-in with everything via an App on your phone. We’re well past Covid, please hire a human being to receive your guests!!

This hotel is a little gem I was met at the door by zoy Hab and welcomed in the hotel which is a beautiful canarian town house with traditional Interior courtyard beautifully restored The room ihad was immaculate just like the rest of the building The staff were excellent and the food was 5 stars this should and will be a Michelin starred hotel I am looking forward to visiting again soon I'd like to thank everyone whom I met at this lovely place for the wonderful time I spent with you all See you soon Kindest regards Paul

Nice hotel in the heart of la Orotava. The room was perfect for our stay of one night, and there is a terrace on the rooftop with a beautiful view on the city. The breakfast in the morning is really good, and we even had our dinner there at night as it was one of the only restaurant open around a Sunday night. It is a little bit more expensive but really good. The parking in front of the hotel is really appreciate.

The original room was awful ( roof terrace) small and old! We complained and got a lovely room with no problem. This room was lovely and the room we had originally booked !. No parking available when we arrived

Historic building at heart of La Orotava which should be a must on a tour of Tenerife. We had a suite which for the price was a pleasant surprise, high ceilings, great big doors and a traditional balcony over the main entrance. Rooms are all placed around the central courtyard which also serves as the restaurant/breakfast room. Take the trouble to climb the stairs to the roof terrace for sun loungers, view of La Orotava, Porto Cruz and the sea beyond, Teide , the sunset. The manager was delightful and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Car parking at entrance -- but we were lucky as there are only three spaces.

At the price point nothing.

The location was fantastic for exploring the historic centre on foot and we were lucky enough to be able to park right outside throughout our 3 night stay. Our room was very spacious and quiet and we had our own roof terrace which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful (they recommended the Parada Bar/Restaurant for dinner which was great in terms of location, food, service and value). The breakfast was excellent and the hotel's roof terrace provided fantastic views from the sea to the volcano.

The wifi was poor.

A very nice hotel located centrally. Clean - the room was cleaned daily. Very comfortable bed, I slept wonderfully. The breakfast was good - you are welcomed by the very friendly staff who take great care of you! :)

The door to the room is not very soundproof – you can hear everything happening outside the room. In the evening, all the smells from the restaurant and kitchen reached my room.

The hotel is in a wonderful location in this historical city. The staff were incredibly friendly. Everything was clean and lent itself to the theme of the town… Historical. The value for what we spent on the room was incredible. It's the best hotel we've stayed in so far in the Canary Islands. we do not do resorts. We do places like this. We've stayed in seven other places so far on this trip. This was the best! And don't miss the view from the rooftop terrace… Incredible!

We liked everything.

The place is beautiful, like a museum, typical house with a court in the middle where breakfast is served. There's a terrace with a beautiful view on the Teide and the seaside. Room was spacious, beds were comfy. Bathroom a bit small but functional. I read in other reviews that everything is automatic and too impersonal. I arrived before 8 pm and a kind woman was at the reception and told me that the reception closes at 8 pm. So after this time you don't see anybody. I parked in the street where the hotel is, but it may sometimes be difficult to find a parking nearby.

You need to download a special app (not the booking.com app) to get the key of your room. You get the link a few days before your stay. Luckily I was staying at a place with good WiFi in order to download the app without using all my data. Also, you need to make sure that your phone is charged and has Bluetooth on if you want to access your room.

This is a historical gem and the property is centrally located to view the beautiful area around La Orotava. Jules the manager is very helpful and has a smile while he works and also serves the breakfast which was excellent. Tried to eat in the restaurant in the evening, different staff who failed to serve us after 15 minutes of being seated, left before I starved as the area is very hilly when you explore and was famished.

There were mosquitos and rooms quite dated. Carpets needed replacing.
