1. The rooms are spacious and renovated. As the hotel is built on the cliff, they all face the ocean. Consider to stay on higher floors as views are really fascinating. And a sound of the ocean at night is relaxing. We did not use AC, so can't tell you about its efficiency. The soundproofing was good. 2. We had half board and it was pretty decent. The breakfasts were almost the same (basic things for English and continental breakfast, as well as freshly cooked eggs, omelettes, and smoothies), but dinners were different every night (we stayed 5 nights). We could always find something for our taste. And cooks make excellent fresh stir fry. 3. Despite there was no private parking, we could easily find places in January during the day. In 50-100 m from the hotel these is a huge public parking, so if all the closer spaces were occupied in the evening, we parked there. 4. Cleaning lady on our floor was very attentive and welcoming. And cleaning quality was top. 5. There was always some night entertainment at the bar, but we did not attend any. 6. The hotel was populated mostly with families and elders, so it was pretty quiet.

1. It is a shame that a big exterior poll is not heated, so in January people were just sunbathing around it. 2. While SPA is not managed by the hotel, it is still on the territory and influences overall experience. The price is 10 euros for 1 person, 34 euros for 4. Half of the equipment doesn't work, and the rest is outdated (sauna, hammam, hot tub). 3. No private parking, but is is mentioned in the hotel description.

We arrived early. Hotel let’s early check in. The lady in reception was friendly and efficiently, provided all information we need to know. We also got welcome drink. The lobby is in 16F, the restaurant is in 15F, our room is in 14F. We can easily access to swim pool, jacuzzi, restaurant and bar by stairs (Thank Hotel let’s to stay in higher floor).The view is wonderful in lobby, restaurant, bar and room. We went to downtown by elevator down to ground floor. The first dinner was Chinese Theme with Chinese music. The food tasted good with a lot seafood. By Chinese standard, the rice noodles cooked very good. The wine was not expensive. One glass house wine was 1,5€. The breakfast buffet is rich, provides various choices. I like to sit in restaurant in the morning and evening to see sky changing colors.  The heated swim pool seems to open 24hours. I went to swim every very early morning, enjoyed the peaceful moment.

1. When i need elevator, i always need to wait for a while. 2. WIFI sometime slow. 3. Need to have sound proof windows or curtains against waves sound.

Great location, Very clean, few members in the reception were very nice and pleasant. The food was very good, great verity.

There were few problems in 2 of 3 rooms regarding air conditioning but they fixed it. We tried to get some answers regarding the big fire in the mountains but the hotel manager did not want to meet us, although he was their and we asked few times. Some of the staff in the pool and in the dining room were not very friendly.

The staff could not do enough to help, always with a smile too, Pedro at the pool bar was an outstanding barman when the crowds formed. The kids club and Jose Antonio too were great for our daughter. The food was really good too with various options for everyone.

Our aircon had a continuous faiult and we had to change rooms, but it was dealt with professionally and we were satisfied with the reaction of the hotel staff.

The food was exceptional, high quality and plenty of choice. Healthy options too such as a fresh salad bar and fruit daily. Breakfast is very good everyday, we loved the freshly made omlettes and pancakes! All the staff were sooo friendly, attentive and helpful, definitely 5 star service at this hotel. Large, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Outdoor pool area is really nice and clean.

No free drinking water at dinner (might be different for all inclusive). However you can bring your own bottles into the restaurant, so not too bad.

Nice hotel, great location and breakfast

Elevators all the time out of service, long queue in there. Swimming pool extremely busy, especially the jacuzzi. Life guard could have helped to set some turns,but they couldn’t care and children were there for hours so we couldn’t enjoy not even a min in there.

Everything! We were 2 families with children and for our 5 months old baby they placed a cot free of charge. But the beds were that big that we didn't use the cot. The room was huge and clean, and the bathroom the same. The view from the balcony is amazing and we've always caught a great sky at breakfast. The food was plenty and diverse. We hade breakfast and dinner. Dinner had a different theme every night ❤️ The staff was always smiling and helpful. We arrived late for check-in and the clerk said to go have dinner and we'll finish the check in later. We really appreciated that, after a long flight. Breakfast is from 7:00 - 8:30 and dinner from 18:30-20:00 but we arrived at 21:25 and they still let us dine. The same with breakfast : we saw people arriving even at 9:00 The hotel is at 10 minutes walk from Lago Martianez. I truly recommend it for families with children ❤️

The room was really big and comfortable, with two double beds and good wardrobe space. The food was always plentiful and a varied choice. The views from everywhere in the hotel are beautiful, and the sun loungers around the pool are comfortable. The highlight is the friendly staff, especially Marco and Eduardo in the bar, who work exceptionally hard and always with a smile and are very pleasant and helpful. They are a real credit to the hotel. Maybe not quite the standard of 5 star you would expect, but for the price, it represents really good value for money and I would definitely return.

There is some traffic noise from rooms on the lower floors, as there is a fairly busy road between the hotel and the sea. If available, I would recommend booking/requesting a higher floor to avoid this. At times the service for drinks was slow because as the hotel is getting busier, it feels like there are not enough staff in the bar. However, it does appear that this is being addressed and more staff were working in the bar on our last couple of nights. And I cannot stress enough how hard the staff in the bar work to try to keep up with orders.

Very nice location with beautiful views of the ocean and the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Great starting point for runs or walks in the neighbourhood.

I'd suggest additional signs showing directions to the hotel - if you don't get a taxi, then it may get a bit confusing which street to take to reach the hotel.
