Nice gated property with swimming pool. The staff were very helpful despite the communication difficulties.

The location felt a bit unsafe since I saw two guys on a motorcycle with guns mug a couple right across the property within 5 minutes of arriving there. I later learned that the couple that got mugged were followed from the bank by the armed robbers. This neighborhood still has a lot of construction going on and not the best area in town at the moment. I rented a scooter and didn't feel safe walking around the neighborhood. I stayed here since it was close to the event I was attending at Holistika. The staff don't speak a word of English and I had some trouble communicating with them. The rooftop jacuzzi didn't work very well.

Safe & Spacious! We stayed here while settling into Tulum for the season, it provided everything our family needed - a huge space, a huge pool & walking distance to all the best restaurants & yoga. The staff were incredibly attentive and everyone in the building very friendly.

Beautiful decor & exceptional location walking distance from Holistika & Calle 7. The rooms were enormous with everything we needed & a beautiful pool suited for adults & children.

Architecturally it was beautiful, not just in photos, but the quality of finishes was the best we saw in Tulum. The garden was beautifully manicured. The facility was secure The staff were friendly and helpful. A truly beautiful stay.

Staff were helpful and friendly , accomodation was amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi was great not too busy so we mostly had the pool to ourselves which was nice!

only issue is that you need your own transportation in this area because taxis every day are not cheap

This is a beautiful hotel, the room assigned was HUGE. Lovely and quiet area. Pool is amazing. Have rated based on price paid which was very good.

Nothing really to note. The check in was a bit odd with forms to fill in, could be improved.

We had problems with air conditioners that didn’t work, a shower that made the apartment flood and one day we had no water in the morning, but the staff resolved everything very quickly. Also there was no microwave so it got difficult to eat there.

Pressed the booked button too quickly, tried getting a refund and it was denied. Yes, it was non-refundable. But asked for the refund a few minutes after the booking and was told no.

In April 2023 I booked an apartment with them for my Christmas holidays in December 2023. After 2 months I got an email from booking.com that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel because it didn't accept my credit card. With the help of Booking.com, I contacted a hotel and booked directly a (smaller) new type of room with the same price as before, I prepaid one night, got a confirmation from the hotel and everything seemed to be solved. But... When in December I arrived at the place with two kids, they told me that they didn’t have my reservation, it was cancelled (I didn’t cancel it and I didn’t get any emails from them that it was cancelled). When I sent them the confirmation and a screen shot of my communication with their manager, they said that the management of the hotel was changed and they can not accept my booking for the same price! They tried to sell me the same room at a double price! When I said that I m not going to pay more than it was in the confirmation, they said that they are fully booked, although there were free rooms on different websites available for these dates. They sended me the phone number of their previous manager and they recommended me to contact him, ask refund and take care of my family myself to find a house in Tulum in the hot period of Christmas holidays! We also noticed that the place is child-unfriendly and quite dangerous for kids. With only a 40 cm high protective wall in some places on the second floor, and next to the small pool on the second floor there was no real protection. One slip and your child is seriously injured or worse.
