Cute and clean. Comfortable beds. Snacks in lobby were helpful when we arrived late in the day with our child. Easy walking distance to convenience store and restaurants.

Housekeeping opened our door twice without knocking before checkout time on the day we left.

The semi private double queen rooms were unique, and each side had its own A/C unit and controls. Beds were comfortable, fire pit outside was a nice touch for unwinding before bed. Monty the office dog is precious!

Our only complaint is that the bathroom was TINY, and there was no exhaust fan. There were 3 of us traveling and after 3 showers, everything in that bathroom has hot, steamy and damp. Also, my credit card was charged automatically 2 hours before we were even able to check in, which I've never experienced before. Usually the card is run when you check in. My friends and I were splitting the travel expenses and we were planning on using a different card for this hotel. It seems if you don't check in right at 2pm, you are then given a lockbox code to check yourself in.

This place was great for our needs. Very basic, but everything was clean - even the towels were nice. Proximity to the airport and to Black Canyon NP was ideal for us. Office employee was super friendly and helpful at check-in and the rates are reasonable. We didn't use any of this ourselves but the little fire pit area and coffee and snacks in the office are a nice touch.

Mattress was comfortable but the bed frame was very squeaky. No complaints it was a great place to crash for one night before flying out.

Location is very close to Black Canyon of Gunnison national park (15 mins drive). The front staff were very helpful, answering questions. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean and soft. Room had microwave and fridge. The complimentary coffee, fruit, water bottles and snacks in the lobby were good. The selection surpassed my expectations for a basic motel! The room was very clean. Overall, a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here again. And will recommend others to stay here.

The room has been recently remodeled and was clean and comfortable. The bed and shower were great. The room was no more than 10 steps from the car. There are several packaged items (yogurt, pop tarts, coffee) available for breakfast and a nice area in the office to enjoy them.

The room is small but not really cramped, even with the king bed.

Besides location, the motel was a great place for a couple of nights. The staff was super friendly and super accommodating. They had a fire pit that made our nights even better. Will be staying again.

My only dislikes were the location was at the end of the main street in a more undeveloped part of the town. It is a nice spot for a few-day stay. But more positive notes than negative ones. super close to restaurants.

Coffee was fresh and hot, it was simple yet had options of yogurt , fruit, pastries. We love the lobby seating as well outdoor seating secluded by a fence. Also noticed ppl were enjoying the fireplace . We didn't t have pets but seen other guests take thers out and another secluded area for that.

We didn't have a microwave, needed some shelf storage for shampoo, bath products in shower. We wasn't sure the bed around the shower wouldn't keep water in. The turn as you come into the motel is tight turn in, definitely pay attention of entrance .

The price was very reasonable and the room was comfortable. The parking lot makes it easy to park near your room and simplify loading and unloading luggage, which I had a lot of. The front desk staff were exceptional, helpful, very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The breakfast, snacks, and grab to go items exceeded my expectations. They have renovated most of the rooms, mine included, and are getting to the remainder of the rooms which should make the place even better.

I would like to have had a table or desk on which to place my computer as I was working at night. I was disappointed in the Internet TV selections.

No carpet, love that! Bed was comfortable and it was clean!

The bathroom floor was freezing, maybe a rug? The fridge and microwave wasn't plugged in, so fridge was hot. I had to move it all over 3 feet to a wall plug to plug it in and get it running for our cold stuff. For the $200 I think a coffee pot would have been nice so I could have made my k-cup coffee and tea in the room. They need an anti slip solution in the tub, it was really slick when wet.

The property was ok and in the process of fixing it up~ new paint, beds, bathroom furnishings

What I didn’t like was I asked for a handicap bathroom~ booking.com said I had a handicap bathroom~~ Minecart does not have ANY handicap facilities ~ so my issue is with booking.com and not the motel. The staff was willing to get me into another motel but my money with booking.com was non refundable, so we stayed, struggled in the bathroom, but slept good and felt secure
