Overall, a good experience. The restaurant staff was amazing, as well as, the food. Very convenient to get to the interstate and was a quick trip back from the wedding festivities that we were in town for.

A few minor things, but it didn’t ruin the visit. The glassware in the room was visibly dirty - lip prints and fingerprints. Just asked for a fresh wine glass from the restaurant and used the paper cups for the coffee maker. The fridge took a good 24 hours to actually chill the drinks we had brought with. The water in the shower only got about lukewarm and the water pressure was in/out.

Not so much the property but your restaurant where we had breakfast. I paid for my bill cash the two days we went there and we were still charged on our hotel bill. It should have been a smooth checkout due to this discrepancy we were there trying to resolve this issue appropriately 10 minutes. We were not happy.

I didn't purchase the breakfast since it was $15 extra and I didn't see listed anywhere what was provided.

A direct line to the hotel would have been helpful. I was hoping to schedule a couples massage since we were celebrating my husband's birthday ; however, no one reached out when I inquired.

Really enjoyed the staffing, location, meeting with family and friends. Mr. Gabriel, an exceptional staff member as well as many of the others. Very good staff.

The omlette was oily. The rate is about $30 higher nightly than what is commensurate. Mounted wall ice and water heated fireplace for cool weather 🌡️ will be nice in the Lobby sitting areas. It's very cool down there. Even with C-19 please offer daily room housekeeping services (e.g. bed makeup, trash, towel refresh) especially for the quality and price.

The Location, the facilities, the customer service was great!

It’s not the facility I have an issue with, but more so booking.com’s virtual credit card processor. There has been an issue with processing payments at participating properties, which isn’t the property’s fault but more so booking’s. I hope they correct the error because I will start booking on property websites directly should this continue to be an issue. Hilton staff was very gracious and apologized for the inconvenience

Service and food was good. Atmosphere was depressing. Colors not soothing and table settings dull. White tableclothes would make a big difference. Restaurant too big for little customers.

No food served after 3 with few restaurants nearby.

Having to use the keycard to get up the elevator it should be accessible during the hours up until 8pm then need a card to access the rooms the digital cards don’t always have signal

This hotel is in a great location. It's near the mall, funny bone, movie theater, bowling alley, restaurants and stores. This hotel is very clean. Beds were very comfortable. They have Shulas steak house inside which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a bar. In addition theres a pool and spa there. Its perfect one of the best I've been to.

Comfortable bed! The room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. I had a really great massage by Parker Loesch!

There are no robes and no changing rooms with showers by the pool. This means that after you use the pool you have to get changed in the bathroom and then go up to your room and take a shower. For a spa hotel this was disappointing.

nice area with lots of options for eating and shopping. easy drive to the city.

my only issue with the stay was the bed. seemed worn out and was not the most comfy bed. Panera could have stayed open longer. Was disappointed I could not get a Panera coffee around noon or shortly after.
