The staffs were amazing except the one who asked us to drink water from the bathroom tap. One of the staff I loved most was the elderly man who worked the brakefast shift The location was wonderful, gorgeous, and close to every corner of lucerne with boat rides. Brakefast was great and all the pets were friendly especially the cats.

The hotel can't even give free water in the rooms. When I asked for water through the phone I was told to drink from the bathroom Secondly the church bell is very loud and the doors were not sound proof so I really had rough nights because I am a light sleeper

You get off the Ferry and it’s 40 steps in front of you. It was seasonal so the bar and restaurant weren’t open. It was really clean, warm, amazing view of the Alps from our balcony. We chose a winter holiday so no complaints. Weggis was also only partly open but again the restaurants had nice food, but it was seriously expensive for eating out. I repeat, seriously expensive.

Perfect view on luzern lake, you can take a ferry from luzern front of train station for 40-45 minutes to weggis ( hotel in a few steps of the ferry station) The view incredible and the staff are so helpful

No ferry after 7 PM at summer But there’s other way to reach the hotel through train then you will take a bus and will drop you off in few steps of hotel backyard

Situated near the lake, the hotel has an impressive entry. But as soon as the first impression goes away, you start noticing small issues all over the place. Old hotel trying to stay up-to-date, it kind of fails on it. The staff was friendly and helpful, but clearly not professional enough. The breakfast was excellent. The pool and spa was a nice addition.

It requires a handy person to fix small things, like missing buttons on the elevator, fixing door locks, fixing shower handles, missing/broken curtains (bathrooms having "modern" transparent doors). Be ready to take 2 elevators to go outside/to the parking/restaurant.

Excellent location! Beautiful view as the hotel is located directly in front of the lake. Tourist information office and ship-dock literally right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff members.

No thermostaat available in the room to adjust room temparature. Breakfast was good, but nothing special.

The location was the best! It was spartan, but it it was a great place to stay in as ithad all that that's needed, including a good breakfast.

Better beds for a restful sleep after a busy day would be highly appreciated. As well, additional lights inside the room would also be nice to add to the seemingly, all mood-lighting, that the room had. Oh, and clothes hangers would be really useful in the otherwise empty clothes rack/cabinet, for the jackets.

Right next to the lakeside with outstanding views to the snow capped mountains. Large, clean room with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. A balcony overlooking the lake and tree covered hills opposite. A good breakfast with lots of variety. The spa and pool were tranquil with no other guests present. Front desk staff friendly and professional

My last night (Sunday) was spoiled by the pounding music from a nightclub directly under my room. Selfish people shouting and singing until after 3 am. All of the hotel staff were aware of the problem but told me that the club was separate from the hotel and that the police were often called out to stop the noise but had no effect. A great shame because apart from this, the hotel is beautiful. I emailed the hotel manager to get his views, but no response. What a pity.

The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the whole town. The room was very comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony.

I notified the desk that air conditioning was not working in our room. They somehow reset it from the desk, but it only worked for a few minutes. A day later is started to work spontaneously, but then stopped after a few hours.

Reception and easy check in and The supervisor Jennifer cipriano was excellent and her way of dealing encouraged us to request an extension of our stay as a result of the good treatment we received

The elevator from the main entrance does not work, and entry is from the back of the hotel through the parking lots and using the parking elevators
