The facility was easy to find on a bus to and from Venice and the airport. There was air conditioning which was good for getting out of the summer heat and the room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. It was also nice to be within close proximity to the airport since my travel companion and I had an early morning flight. The person at the desk also kindly clarified that the shuttle is only from the airport to the hotel during certain times and agreed upon before arrival and not the other way around, so we were able to make a plan for airport travel once leaving the hotel which was good since it was only about a 20-minute walk, mostly with a sidewalk.

There are parts of the walk to the airport that don't have a sidewalk so you'll want to be careful with cars if that's how you get there. For the room, the beds were a bit hard but we were still happy to sleep in there!

An easy walk from the airport - took us about 15/20 minutes. Super clean room and easy self check in as we arrived on a late flight outside of the reception times. The room was spotlessly clean and newly refurbished - clean and comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and towels. (no mini bar or kettle for those that need these things!) We arrived around 1am and left at 8am and didn't see any staff. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the no 5 bus stop that takes you straight in to the centre of Venice.

Very close to the airport, and the bus stop to get to the airport early in the morning. The room itself was spacious. The hosts communicated well during the day about our late arrival.

We arrived late so we did not have a chance to talk to the host (onsite staff leave around 7 PM) about the issues we experienced once we got to our room. Since we only stayed one night it was not a big deal, but we had two issues. First, we could not get the air conditioning to work. We solved this by just leaving a window open all night. Second the water pressure in the shower in our room was super weak, water was barely coming out of the shower head. There might have been a number to call after hours if you had an issue, but honestly we were just tired and had to get up at 4:30 am so didn't want to try to figure out how to get the issues resolved, neither of which were too much of an issue.

There was no one in the reception in the morning and there was no breakfast available on site. No shuttle service to the airport is provided and I was glad I had a taxi app to make a reservation as there was no one there in the morning at 9 am to book a taxi. The airport bus is right there across the roundabout if you are planning to take that. Also the bus to Venice. They have an elevator and a/c and had charming seating areas outside on each floor. Rooms were modern and spacious and charming with good showers .there was a wonderful restaurant around the corner for dinner and we had a beautiful last night meal before heading for the airport. Access to the property and room is digital which I like. The lady at reception was very helpful with good English.Be aware taxis are expensive. 20 euro to get to the airport which was a 5 minute drive away. Get to the airport early as security slow there.

This apartment is located just one bus stop away from the airport. It features a large room with a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom. The room has direct access to the street, but the temperature inside even in winter was regular and not affected by the cold outside. It is very clean, comfortable, and decorated in an old-style manner. Check-out can be later upon request. You can take a Bus number 5 to reach the heart of Venice in just 20 minutes. The bus station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel and you can buy a ticket for 1.5 euros at the Tabak kiosk in front of the station. The same bus can bring you back to the hotel.

Despite the hotel's entrance doors and room being equipped with a code system, self-check-in is not possible. You must reach the reception from 3 pm to 7 pm, which is not ideal for late flights. Another thing that disappointed me and led me to give only 8 points instead of 10 is that they withdrew the tourist tax twice from my family. First from my account (I didn't mention that) and then I had to pay it in cash. It's not a big deal, but I do not like these kinds of tricks. Maybe it was a mistake.

It was reasonable walking distance from the Venice Airport: about 15mins. The check-in process was easy before arrival to meet the needs and get code information to enter without waking anyone up! Also, the hosts were amazing and served the breakfast as they bake the fresh croissants and drip coffee for us with their gorgeous antique turn table music playing, le bohem from Puccini. It was a treat! Totally coming back here on our next trip to stay longer.

The Bella guest house was way better than how it's listed on booking.com. The property is huge with 3 floors. Just need to read carefully about how to go around the property.

The hotel room was very cute and comfortable. We had just booked the room for convenience before an early morning flight, but the room was cuter than most we've stayed at for travel destinations. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows, and we will absolutely stay again.

We could hear the people quite clearly staying in the room next to us, but they respected the quiet hours so it wasn't a very big deal. We slept just fine otherwise.

Excellent location within walking distance of the airport, or a very short taxi ride. Great communications leading up to our stay, with very clear instructions etc. V helpful and friendly staff. When we arrived the room was clean and tidy with everything that we needed readily available. WiFi worked seemlessly. In the morning, the cafe across the road serves superb coffee and breakfast.

The room temperature was 28 DegC when we arrived and it took hours for the aircon to bring it down to a bearable temperature. I also found the mattress quite uncomfortable, so ended up sleeping on top of the blankets that were provided.

The property was very convenient to the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was a great restaurant diagonal across the roundabout that we loved. We started here at the beginning of our trip and stayed again at the end, so we would be close to the airport. There was parking for our little rental car. There was a bus stop very close that would take you to Venice for 3 euro round trip. We definitely liked our first room better than our second room. It had more storage and just seemed a little nicer. Bed didn't seem like it would be comfortable, yet I slept well. They stored our luggage while we ran to church. All in all, we were happy with our stay. If you don't have a car, it's still walkable from the airport, or you can hop on the bus. It's just one bus stop from the airport and close to the Marriott property.

There is noise during the night from the street. The pillows could be a more filled up. We have checked out early morning and we wanted to leave the luggages inside before we cached the bus but the owners allowed us only 30 min after check out time to keep the luggages inside and she even mentioned that she is making us a favour. We came back during the checkout time frame and we wanted to use the bathroom but we were not allowed as we been told that they cleaned our rooms. Hence we did them a favour by checking out much earlier.
