The hotel was spotless, we had a superior king room, and it was very quiet and comfortable. We didn't hear a thing. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, given it's price Shuttle to the airport was reasonable, and on time The hotel is located in a small residential community near Marco Polo Airport - there's a local coffee shop nearby, Manuel Cafe, which served great coffee and pastries. There's a nice family restaurant Al Quadrante within 5 min, where we enjoyed a great dinner. Highly recommended :)

The hotel is very simple, but it had everything we needed and the breakfast was excellent, running from 4:30 to 10:30, so perfect for early morning flights. The staff is very nice. There were a few good and affordable restaurants nearby.

In my opinion, the price per night is a bit expensive considering the facilities. The place is close to the airport, less than 5 minutes by car, but they still charge 15 EUR for the transfer which I found a bit expensive. But it's still cheaper than public transportation, which costs 10 EUR per person according to the concierge.

The night clerk Alycia cheerfully booked our 2 rooms after the cancellation of our flight back to the US. The hotel was almost the closest to the airport and well priced as I needed 2 rooms. She provided a lot of help for getting to hotel, and dinner. Recommended their breakfast in the morning- what a great buffet for $8.00!! Served 430am-10am. We were only in property for 12 hours, enjoyed breakfast and the car from hotel to return us to the airport at 6am was on time and did a great job.

Our room could have used a lot more lighting. Shower was a litlle quirky-but functional. Over all no complaints.

Close to Marco Polo Airport, easy 25 min. city bus ride to Venice Piazzale Roma. Rooms very small but beds comfortable.

Breakfast needs attention: stale pastries, coffee machines not working, had to request cappuccino from the one indifferent staffer who clearly disliked her job, no scrambled eggs in warming trays, ham&cheese trays not refilled. Breakfast here used to be much better. Bathrooms are clean, but very small with very little space to put toiletries, even in the so-called deluxe rooms. Lack of cleaning staff meant waiting until after 2 pm to access a room.

Great place to stay for easy access to the Airport. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good… a lot of choices. They have extended hours for the breakfast as well. Good for early morning flights FYI the airport shuttle is not free. But it got us there easy and was on time or early.

The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. The area around the hotel has limited choices of restaurants. The road in front of the hotel is a little noisy due to the main access to the airport.

The air conditioning was very loud and not that effective. The breakfast selection was good but it ended at 10am and that was a bit early for us - also there wasn’t any fresh fruit. We had to pay €20 to get to the hotel via taxi even though it was a 3 minute drive - which isn’t that great or feasible. It’s also not really possible to walk from the airport and as we landed past midnight we could not get the hotel shuttle.

Good small hotel near airport. Excelent for travelers that need to stay and sleep till next flight. Excellent and helpfull personel at reception., we got all the information we asked about Venice. Free parking for car if you travel by car. For aditional small price you get breakfast with lots of choices in their restaurant with excellent service. With bus you can go in apox. 20-30 min to Venice to explore old town. Good price and service for the money.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It's only a 5 minute drive to the Marco Polo airport. You can easily catch bus number 5 that runs every 15 minutes to Venice for €1.50 each way! The journey took around 30 minutes. We rented a car, stayed the night, and dropped the car off at the airport the next morning. There was plenty of free parking on site. The rooms are clean and modern. The shower head is removable. Kettle and fridge are provided. There is also an elevator / lift for those with heavy luggage. The front desk staff, Christina and Andrea, were very professional and lovel, which made our stay so much better. They strongly recommended the bus to Venice because of how easy it was - I'm glad we listened so we didn't have to worry about parking at Venice or drinking and driving.

Being next to the airport, you can occasionally hear the aeropanes. If this bothers you, just shut the balcony door or window.

The hotel was conveniently located on the bus route between the airport and the sights in Venice, enabling us to spend the afternoon in Venice, catch an early dinner in a restaurant and return to the hotel to catch our 7 am next morning flight. Breakfast was even available at 5 am and it was a lovely spread. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

No shower gel but plenty of shampoo to use as a substitute. Room was comfortable but a little tired.

The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. Location is ideal for its proximity to the airport. Walking distance to Manuel Cafe that opens at 330am, for those with early morning flights. Could not try the hotel breakfast - but it has cold items available at 430am !! Neat, spacious room and bathroom. Washbasin was clogged. When we reported it to the front desk, it was fixed at once

Bidet was clogged too - or maybe we didn't know how to use it.
