Beds were comfortable, little kitchen in the corner was very useful, but the desks were little narrow(small), so if you want to work from there, it may be little uncomfortable. However, for this price, Dwell City Living is very comfortable.

Maybe it’s my fault, but I didn’t realise that I need to pay deposit to check in. You should be ready that you need to pay extra 150 pounds.

The apartment was clean, spacious and the built in facilities would be great for people staying and want to cook for themselves.

The check in process was a bit of a faff, we had to scan a form of ID on a website and for some reason this would not work on my phone, luckily my partner managed to scan it. There was also a £150 deposit to be paid before we could check in. This was a complete surprise as it was not mentioned anywhere, we also don’t know when this will be returned. Something to bear in mind if someone is considering booking this apartment.

-Prepare enough materials for the mid or long stay such as Garbage bag, Tissue, Cleaning material, soap, shampoo, bed sheet, etc. -The front door pin is same time not working well, need to press # before pin to access inside. There should be option in case it's not able to access such as calling an inside person to support -The WIFI here is very slow, and I cannot work well from the hotel.

They didn't mention that: you must do an online check in before arriving, send a photo of your self, and must pay a deposit of 150£ until I paid the total non refundable amount. Left was not working, and it seems they don't even care to repair it and my room was in the 2nd floor

Great location and comfortable room, we really appreciated the hob and microwave.

The check in instructions asked us to send a photo of our passport and of our face for facial recognition scanning -- this was unnecessarily stressful, invasive and inappropriate. Just the code was enough when we got there so we're not sure what this was even for!

Hi found this studio apartment to be really cosy, comfortable and everything I needed for my work stay. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows plus towels for 3 nights. I liked having the large TV with all the different streaming services on so I could really relax in the evenings. It was convenient to have pin number access to the main entrance and individual room so you don't need keys or a card. Nicely finished and central location for access to different areas of Nottingham. Would use again and recommend.

The only complaint I had was lack of kitchen equipment seeing this is a self catered apartment and the reason I booked it. I had to message and ask for a bowl for breakfast (though I think this was an oversight rather than the norm) - but I did have a prompt response and two bowls brought the next day. There were no scissors and also no tea towels so I had to buy kitchen roll. Those are my only complaints, otherwise it was great.

The building, and rooms were very lovely, clean and comfortable. Local shops and places to eat, very nice and quiet pubs all around. Good area to stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nottingham :)

People who travel by their own vehicle, there was no parking within the accommodation and nearby. There was a T-Junction road which was double yellow lines so unable to park there for long periods of time. I rung the accommodation and the gentleman said there was parking opposite the building but this was false. I feel the accommodation is a little overpriced for it’s stay. Was on the TV and found in the search history about pornography. This is not very good to be seeing, especially if a child was to see that.

The hotel is right in the city centre, so it was very easy to walk to many attractions. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. Check in procedure is clear and easy and the room is quite spacious. The walls of the room are thick enough not to hear noise in the other rooms. It is possible to cook your meals there. The deposit returned the next working day (check out was on Friday and the full amount was released on Monday).

The entrance door is a bit outdated and does not always respond immediately to the code you enter. It is also not very comfortable to have a double blanket instead of two single ones. The room could not open a window and also had a view of the shared terrace. There is also no reception, which can be a bit of an inconvenience, such as not being able to leave items after check out time, as the code simply stops working at 10am.

Room was super clean, bed incredibly comfortable, TV fab, kitchette really helpful for quick meals, bathroom was great and very clean, and the hosts were amazing and incredibly helpful for our stay - we found we needed a couple extra bits for our stay and the hosts responded very quickly and had our queries resolved within around 15 mins of messaging. Super great service and accommodation, perfect location for a mid-distance walk to the things you'd want to do/see in the city centre, and short drive to other attractions which was perfect. Parking opposite accommodation 80p per hour between 8am and 10pm if you can get a spot there with 10pm to 8am free (we got spots Saturday through Tuesday with spaces spare but first come first serve) Will definitely be staying again, thanks very much to our host!!

Only thing would mention is we didn't know if there would be an oven, but we could have messaged in advance to query and hosts would have advised, so check before booking 👍

Property was clean and spotless.

As we have a baby and respectively a buggie, our room was located on the second floor, and during our 3 days stay at the property, the lift was out of service, so I had to carry it through the stairs... which was very unconfortable.
