The property is right off the freeway so easy access to anything in the city! The facilities are very nice and clean, the rooms are well laid out and functional. We were given a suite with a full kitchen that even had an electric stove and essentials like a toaster and pots and pans and plates. AC units worked great and the staff was extremely helpful every time we needed anything. The breakfast is also a full breakfast with fresh made waffles and eggs and all kinds of sides. The pool is a good size and is indoor so can be used with kids anytime.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Although an older facility it was well appointed and beautiful. Exceptionally clean. The front desk and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing for a chain hotel. Two points I need to make: 1 the roll in shower allowed water to get outside the shower area causing a slipping hazzard and 2 the office chair supplied in the room was very uncomfortable. The back felt loose and the chair needed arms to make it more stable. Small infractions but when you have mobility problems both can be dangerous. We were quite impressed with your hotel and if in the area would definitely consider staying again.

Front desk associate was terrific! My apologies for not remembering her name. She was friendly, social & informative. The room was roomy and comfy. Pillows could have been better. Room was a tad stuffy when we arrived but once we turned down the a/c , it freshened up a bit. The halls smelled a bit like a hospital…. maybe the carpets could use a good cleaning. The free breakfast was better than most …. Good variety, plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

I like the fact that they had a full breakfast and the staff was really friendly. It was no hassle checking in and no hassle checking out very accommodating. I asked for blankets they bought me blankets. They didn’t have anyone hovering over the food while you ate breakfast it was just really nice.

Please fix the pool. It is an asset, especially in this temperatures.

The property was so nice and clean, no trouble with the room at all. Mindy I believe is her name was so nice and helpful she really made me feel welcome.

Leaving the property I dealt with probably the rudest lady I have ever ran into. Her name was Jaqueline, she didn’t want to help me and made that very clear, she slammed the paper down and threw it towards me. I have never dealt with someone with such a nasty attitude.

The customer service and the gentlemen at the front desk that greeted me as well as accommodated me and my family with our needs during our stay as well right before we left when we needed more time to pack up was amazing and excellent. I will definitely be coming back! And this stay was just a spur of the moment stay for my family and I due to snow we would have to go through on our way home so we decided to stay here.

Location was convienent and the breakfast in the mornings was good. Check in and out was a breeze and the staff in general were very nice and helpful. Area was safe with a security truck patrolling the area at night. Made me feel safe and secure. Also.... ice cold AC!

Hardly anything was to my dislike. Pool was a bit murky and the soaps were very little!

It was very comfortable and I felt safe there it was a very nice place. The mall was close by I like the shuttle bus dropping us off and picking us up. Enjoyed the band playing one night. Wish I go back again. Loved the weather. One thing the meeting rooms were a little small.

Location was very convenient for us just out of the freeway since we had to drive south one time and north another time, so It worked out perfectly for our activities, quite (a casino was like 5 mins away, wich was great for me), breakfast was really good, it was the normal but fully stock, it was really good!

The room really surprised us. It was a huge space and having the kitchen was a great bonus. Other hotels in the area were charging more for just a bed and a bathroom. This one had a sitting area and a kitchen. The breakfast offered way more then most complimentary ones do
