Room service was very slow....I ordered towels it took almost an 1hr or more to get them. And info for room cleaning wasn't easy to use.

The location was amazing. I loved the environment and the friendly staff.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, and in a convenient and safe location. The staff was pleasant and responsive. Plus, it has a laundry room that guests can use for a fee. I enjoyed my stay.

The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, so if you have to "get ready" to go anywhere, the bathroom is not well lit. Also, there were no drawers in the room, so I had to live out of my suitcase for 3 days I was there. These are minor things and did not impact my overall opinion. Just FYI.

Room was clean. It was nice they had a staffed bar onsite available especially on a weeknight and after a long drive and late arrival.

It was updated but the feel was modern and cold. The light bar above the bed was out and so was one of the lights between the bed. Lighting in the bathroom around the mirror wasn't very bright. Would have been nice to have a free breakfast included in the price although they did have breakfast available for order and payment.

The place was clean, bed was comfy and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Definitely stay again.

The cleaners didn't fully clean the room they changed the bed sheets but didn't take the dirty glasses (still there)or replenish the tea station or cups. This was more the cleaners than the hotel they didn't clean the room I had to call down to reception after noticing they passed my room i spoke to the cleaner and she said it's not my day which it was,(day 3) they came back later but just did a very quick sheet change and that's it. My room was only clean once in 7 days due to the cleaners coming at 8am to clean (day6)but we were still asleep they didn't come back.

I appreciated the daily texts asking if I needed anything. One per day was perfect. Also, the entire facility looked well cared for. We learned from the bartender that the hotel is about 7-8 years old but looked much newer.

We were fortunate to not have neighbors in the rooms next to us for 2 nights. The 3rd night some folks moved in and it was very noisy. Seemed like normal activity of getting settled in but we could hear everything - every step, opening and closing drawers. Seems like walls are pretty thin.

The entire site was clean, modern and generally comfortable. The staff displayed excellent customer service.

Footsteps from room above very noisy and while I loved the laminate flooring, there was lots of echo in the room and from the room above. I was awakened each time someone above got up to go the the bathroom overnight by their footsteps and awakened again at 5:30 am when they got up for the day.

The location was perfect. There were plenty of shopping and dinning. There was a mall and plenty to do. The beds were comfortable and the staff was so kind! The pool was wonderful and we had an amazing view my kids had the best time. Definitely staying there again.

Everything was exceptional. No complaints.

This hotel is an excellent choice, and property the best hotel I've stayed at in America from the point of view of value for money. Excellent location in Chandler (walking distance to some very good restaurants including the Sicilian butcher/bakery, and very close to the fashion centre). I did not use the pool but it was very appealing. breakfast was good, and the waitress extremely efficient and polite. Ditto for the bar: waiter serves generous portions for spirits (greatly appreciated)! They also accommodated a very late arrival (1am in the morning) and made it super efficient for me. Very nice and large room. Very friendly reception staff. Also free supply of fresh water / coffee in the reception lounge area that is a plus.

Just wish I could have stayed longer! An extremely minor points: the breakfast potatoes could do with cooking for a bit longer IMO.

Great location. Right next to the Fashion Island shopping mall as well as Costco. The restaurant next door, the Sicilian Butcher, is total worth it. Staff is very helpful. Hotel has a beautiful lobby and bar, and it is clean all around. Will stay here again for our next trip to the area.

Lighting in the room could be improved. It's either mood lighting, too dark to function in the room, or very bright LED lamps which destroys any semblance of rest. Maybe use warm colored LED bulbs to improve ambience?

Hotel was very new and modern looking. Rooms were updated and very nice. Family of 4 stayed comfortably. Great location, close to lots of activities.

Only random thing is the bathroom door is frosted glass. Privacy is a bit awkward however workable. Just something to note for other families.
