The room was large and was fine for one night. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that they had the heat on when we arrived. The TV had plenty of channels. The included breakfast was more than adequate (especially considering we stayed on Christmas Eve so the staffing was very limited). The only real probably was that the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. Therre were traces of toothpaste and makeup on the sink. Not a big deal, but they missed doing a more complete job.

Kathleen (front desk) was a 5 star SUPER helpful person!!!! She helped guide us step by step with directions & tips on how to get my son to the Boston Marathon Drop Off location & get us on the train for the best spot to see him run near the finish line. Kathleen made the journey a lot less stressful! THANK YOU Kathleen & staff for being so welcoming, friendly and helpful with any questions & requests we had!!! Also breakfast was great! So many hearty options & perfect for an athlete that needs to fuel up. Excellent experience here!!!

The breakfast was good and the room was spacious. The hotel was nice and quiet and the bed comfortable. There was plenty of parking.

The hotel was difficult to find in the dark because the hotel is set back from the highway and they did not have their sign on the highway illuminated. The night check in person was incredibly disorganised and could not keep a focus on what he was doing. He also swore a lot.

I called and asked for an early checkin in. Due to the favt I was coming innfrom out of state and had an commitment at 4. And they were able to do so with no issues. As like as it sounds. Made my stay so much easier and better. I was giving a bag of goodies at check. Which was also a nice surprise. The bed was so comfy and the room was warm. I already have dates set fir NYE. So I know I will be at a good place. Thank you again.

Large single room, spacious, very clean. Lobby was spotless, very welcoming and classy.

I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance driveway as it isn’t well-marked but I called and Coco at the desk “talked me in” . She was funny and so friendly when I finally got there and checked in - I had an immediate good feeling about the place!

We've been staying at this hotel on Christmas Eve for many years as it's close to our relatives. As you'd expect, it's pretty empty at that time but the staff does their best to serve their guests. The heat in our large king room was turned up high so it was nice and warm. The bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was just fine.

Everything was OK. The TV was a bit small for the size of the room, but that's not a big deal.

Huge structure, very big hotel, huge parking

Hotel is quite old, elevators are very old, i guess hotel deserv a rebuild, there have a good structrure, but restautant/bar does not work in week days

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location is easily accessible. The property is quite spacious - parking, restaurant, lobby.

Most of the hotels I stayed at had kitchen. Here I was expecting a microwave and at least 2 cups made of either china or glass. I Don't like drinking coffee in cups made of synthetic material.

Great value for the money. Beautiful lobby and loved the breakfast.

The fire alarm went off and we had to leave our room for 3 hours. They extended the check out time, but only by an hour. By the time we got back to our rooms, we barely had time to get ready before we left.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was awesome, everything you could want. Room was very comfortable and clean.

When we first arrived, the sign for the hotel is hidden by a tree, and hard to see.
