kind fun pleasant manager, super clean room w great bed and updated bath. temp control manager left my license in printer (not so good) but i didn't notice (that's on me) and he was super when i called, apologized more than once, sent me a copy, and mailed it to me. really appreciated it!

dog barking until midnight, baby crying also so noise was really the only issue for us. realize folks without homes need space (i'm a community nurse) but it was a lot to pay to need to cover my head w a pillow and keep TV loud for partner to sleep

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was super hot. It was close to everything I needed in the area. Staff was really nice (especially Stella) & always made sure we were taken care of. Complimentary coffee/cocoa in the lobby area. Free parking. Great value for the price.

The walls were pretty thin & the building was on a pretty busy road...so someone who is noise sensitive might be bothered.

They are in the process of renovation, all of the rooms I have stayed in have been the newly renovated ones, which I have found quite nice. Here is what I would say though, if you are looking for amenities, this may not be the place for you. The front desk is a video monitor kiosk with a remote worker. There are no closets, (although there is a place to hang clothes in most of the rooms) or drawers, iron, or ironing board. There is a refrigerator and microwave. The location is nice as well, it is only a couple of blocks from the old down town with restaurants. It is five-ish minutes from a Walmart and the new business area. It is also five-ish minutes from the Westborough MTA station.

The bathroom sink is small, but is not one I have to live with so... Beyond that the only thing I can think of is as it is an older building, so there is not much in the way of noise mitigation.

The room was fine. Capsule coffee is always available downstairs. Enough place for parking. I didn't have big expectations, and I wasn't surprised by what I saw.

The town is very small and struggling with economic activity a little bit. The shops and restaurants will be closed after 9-10 pm in the area of almost 10 miles around.

room was large, beds were comfortable, was glad to have bare floors as I have allergies, staff was very helpful, free morning coffee was appreciated, water pressure in the shower was good, microwave/fridge appreciated. Plenty of covers/pillows in the room.

an in room safe would have been a bonus, along with a hand held shower head. Map of the town would have been helpful indicating where the list of restaurants/breakfast/bakery establishments were located.

VERY clean, nice room and bathroom at a reasonable price. Noise level was good. Fridge in the room worked great. Decent amount of free parking. Paul, the general manager, very kindly relocated me to the first floor since there's no elevator and I have a knee problem. I appreciated this very much! I recommend this inn and would stay here again.

A $100 incidentals deposit which I thought was steep. The woman at the desk who checked me in could have been friendlier.

This place is absolutely charming. It seems to be an older building that has been completely renovated. One of the things I liked the best is that there was no carpet in the room. The flooring was beautiful, new and clean and very nice to walk on. The bed was the best I've slept in for a long time. In fact, we looked at the mattress to find the brand. The owners are very nice, accommodating and professional.

I can't think of anything that could be improved. The place was very nice.

The renovation on the Inn was stunning. well appointed.

I absolutely hated the registration system. card reader didn't work; had to read out my card number in front of others. I booked the room through Booking.com and payed with PayPal. The Inn had already received their money, yet I was required to pay a $100 deposit in order to register. I have yet to have it returned. I plan to make a civil complaint at Westborough District court. It seems to be a rip-off. No glasses in the room!!! DR

If Westborough is your destination, the location is ideal .. Management is most helpful and considerate. The downstairs facilities are convenient if you have visitors, and their business support, if required is helpful for things like IT support

It was a bit noisy at times due to children residents of the Inn.

Everything, very quaint and quite . Walking distance to a small Quaint downtown. Staff was exceptional, room was very nice . Brought an iron and ironing board to my room within 5 minutes of my arrival! And it was less expensive than other hotels I’ve stayed in close by that weren’t as nice.
