Our room was newly built, well equipped and light and airy. The block was quiet, next to the tennis courts and supported an amazing green living wall. Just away from the main hotel , just a short walk across the car park to reception and breakfast. Breakfast was amazing , huge choice of fresh food of all types. There are two nearby cafe/bars/ resturants both of which were very good and within a few minutes walk. There is also hundreds of acres of woodland/ parkland/ waterways where you can freely walk in beautiful surroundings.
When we booked we didn't realise that some days no swimwear is allowed in the spa. We didn't stay there for the spa but would have enjoyed a swim but being reserved English didn't want to try nude swimming! There is no conventional resturant or bar in the hotel only in the spa which we didn't explore. There is a bar for the tennis courts but this closes at 11pm.

Spa and location
The smoking shelter has a glass sidewall without any warning dots on it. In certain light conditions it is impossible to see the sidewall. As a result, I walked straight into the class damaging my spectacles but fortunately not damaging myself. We reported this to reception. You may see how, difficult it is to see the sidewall in the photograph below. This is an important health and safety issue which has to be dealt with as soon as possible.

Never having been to a spa/wellness before we booked the Junior Suite which included spa access. The room was really spacious, it had a big bath, good quality bed and the best shower I've had in my life. The location of the spa/hotel was secluded in the forest, with only a tennis court nearby, away from all the noise. I liked the 15+ different saunas with different features and temperatures, being new to saunas this was the best way to experience them. The pool was slightly heated allowing you to relax in the pool outside even if outside was cold. There were sunbeds outside and relaxing beds inside so we even got a little tan. Lastly I really liked the fact that you're not allowed to bring your phone to the spa area, forcing you to relax and "unwind". Overal I had a great experience and will for sure be coming back.
Having booked a hotel room we kind of assumed we were allowed to use the facilities for both days. This was not the case and by exception we were only allowed to use the gym before our check out time (11am). We also thought the food was quite expensive (4,50 for a tea, 7,50 for a juice, 15 for starters) and as this was the only place to get food nearby we didn't have much choice.

I liked the saunas and pool. I liked that you can even have dinner with robes near the pool.
They charge for everything. For the price you pay for 1 night, you don't even have a one time use flip flops to use in sauna, you have to buy it extra. That's insane. Food menu was limited, massage was really good but expensive

The SPA is simply amazing, I hardly believe there is something else like this. Being naked is super natural and everyone behave perfectly. The hotel is in a park, close to a lake and surrounded by trees and nature. Bed was very comfortable and the shower is spacious and wonderful. We also had a massage which we really appreciated.
Breakfast is just fine. The room was at the ground floor, too close to the hotel passage. The position is not great, we had to reach the train/tram station either walking for 15/20 mins or renting an electric scooter (3 mins), and then it's about 20 mins to reach the center. There's no fridge in the room.

The staff were exceptional and caring.
The mattress on our bed in room 15 suffered from a deep groove down the centre, this caused the mattress to not be level on one side and created a significant roll together effect making the bed uncomfortable for sleeping. The tea and coffee facilities were inadequate, with only paper cups, one day we had 5 cups another day there was only one. For the price I would expect proper cups or mugs. There was a lack of coffee, tea, sugar and milk provided in the room. The coffee maker did not have instructions and also lacked any number or range of drinks, 3 or 4 capsules.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a superior room - the bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever been in. Great breakfast and fantastic spa facilities. Loved the location too - surrounded by woods and rivers and an easy bus right into the museum quarter. Staff were friendly and helpful. This was great value for money when we booked as the spa was included in the price - it looks like that may have changed now and that the spa is charged separately which is a shame.
The restaurant in the spa was being revamped so limited menu on offer. Would have been nice to see more plant-based options on the menu.

Pretty much everything. The room was cozy and decent in size. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The Spa installations were also simply amazing, altough a bit too busy from time to time. The hotel restaurant is a must-try also, sooo good.
The room cleaning service could be a bit better. They will do the beds and wash the floor but in our case they didn't seem to use a vacuum cleaner for the floor. It's just a small detail though. One other thing, the hotel parking is 20€ per night which is not that cheap for parking and we found that out only when leaving, it would be better if they made it clear from the start. More so that we learned a bit after (from another guest) that there is a free parking not far from the hotel. Could have used that one.

Very clean and modern. Lovely room. Balloons were provided in the room on arrival as it was my partners birthday (free of charge, on request). Breakfast was decent, nothing to write home about. We were doing the marathon so great location for that as near the Olympic stadium (~15 min walk) and easy access to the centre by metro in ~40 mins including walking to the station (if wanting to spend your whole trip in the centre, this location isn’t the most ideal). Hotel is located next to a leisure facility including tennis and padel courts. Also a lake with a fabulous restaurant 2 minute walk away.
No room service available. No bar or restaurant in the hotel. They started packing breakfast away before it ended which was disappointing as limited options available when we turned up at ~9.30am. For anyone booking this and looking to use the spa facilities, please see their policy as, unfortunately, swimwear is NOT allowed - you have to be completely naked, whether you want to or not. This was such a shame and completely ruins what could be a lovely experience for those not willing to expose themselves. They do offer ‘swimwear days’ on limited days, but not over the weekend when we were there.
