It was close to the airport yet quiet and not far from a bus route into town. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were some nice eateries nearby plus one night we enjoyed beer & pizzas in the hotel's bar

It's notionally within walking distance of the airport but there was no obvious pedestrian path over the big roadways. It was confusing. A clear map provided on booking would've been useful as we didn't yet have data on our phones on arrival. We had to cab it. Their free shuttle wasn't running at the time we got there

The Receptionist was very helpful. I arrived very late at night, around 1 a.m. due to the delay of my flight. I only had 3 hours of stay before my departure back to the airport for my flight connection. Seeing me coming back to check out at 4:30 a.m., probably looking extremely exhausted, he offered me hot coffee and a "warm" croissant, how attentive! The room had surprisingly bigger size than expected, well decorated, clean with comfortable beddings.

Although indicating in the website that it is located within a 450 m.-walking distance, it is a very tricky way and extremely difficult to take, especially at night and during the wee hours! Be careful if you are travelling by yourself. I am a female senior who travelled solo and had a flight delayed. By the time we got to Geneva Airport the hotel shuttle bus has ceased operation. I would have taken a taxi but the hotel map of walking path provided seemed straight forward with the hotel signage in clear view across from the airport, so I decided to walk. Bad choice and dangerous!

Shuttle only fits 14 people - so you sort of have to "jokey for the space' - esp bad when you take the 1st shuttle of the day (5AM) because your flight is early and can't get on that shuttle (somewhat unnerving) A gentleman from the kitchen told us that we will be able to get a croissant or similar this early in the morning. All we have to do is "ask his colleague". Of couorse nothing of a type happened as breakfast does not start until 6AM and nobody was there to make croissants. To be fair I am not going to go as far as accusing him of lying but rather chalk it up to a language barrier and possible misunderstanding.

The first and most important thing I need to mention is that I have a number of dietary restrictions, which makes staying at a hotel rather challenging. However, Christine, the lady in charge of breakfast was truly amazing. She had a whole range of gluten-free products ready for me when I arrived and these were brought to me for breakfast the next morning. I have never received such great service like this before. The member of staff at Reception was also very welcoming and professional. The hotel is so convenient for the airport and the free shuttle worked really well. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The free WIFI was great. All in all a good stay and we would stay here again if required.

There was a shuttle bus (navette) from the airport, although only until 11am and from 5.30pm -around 11pm which was well signposted inside the terminal. We had a to wait a little while but the shuttle did arrive and took us to the hotel. We ate in the hotel that night - very good food. we had the Papet Vaudois which was a leek and sausage stew, delicious but expensive at 23F for quite a small amount. We also had the breakfast in the morning which was a buffet and very good value at 16F including drinks. In the morning we were able to find a shop around the corner near the no 10 bus stop into town (Geneve Rive) where we could buy picnic things for the day. We enjoyed our stay, especially access to BBC4 where the snooker was on!

Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and plenty of space in the room. Bathroom facilitis perfectly fitted to room, and very clean 👍 The gentlemen who helped me at reception was excellent, polite, patient, informative and genuinely friendly 👍

The only thing I would change is on your booking confirmation. Provide details of able to walk to hotel by crossing the bridge. Would have saved me searching for a transfer that I did not need. Took 1hr 20 to get to your hotel, when I could walk there in 8 minutes (had I known). Asked 2 staff at airport how to get to IBIS and directed to number 10 then all conversation on how many stops depending which ibis hotel, neither said - just croass the bridge and turn right 🥰

This was not an expected stay, we lost our connecting flight, and had to stay in Genève for one night, this was our cheapest option, and we din;t expect much. The rooms were big, clean and the Hotel has everything there, even cheaper Beer than on any restaurant we went. Friendly staff, they explained everything regarding the public transportation. The free shuttle to the airport was a nice thing to have for the next day.

They only thing I can say is that we walked to the Hotel from the airport and the direct path to it, was through an unpaved walkway, and there was mud and some snow, the street way would have been a better choice.

Across the highway from the airport, airport shuttles running every 15 minutes, excellent food from the kitchen, spacious room (clean, updated, many power outlets, friendly staff, can walk to restaurants and a very nice shopping mall. Shower was powerful and hot. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the airport. Wifi worked well.

It doesn't look like much from the outside. The bathroom is a modular insert--it was actually pretty nice: clean and new.

It was great having an airport shuttle to and from the hotel. Just had problems to find where to catch it on arrival at the airport. Very pleasant driver on the way to the hotel. The room was normal IBIS style but did have USB points in the lighting console which were handy. Very comfortable bed, asked for and was given a quiet room which had a TV , compact but very good bathroom with shower, small table and chair. and light reducing curtains.

As I was only there for one night and having traveled 27 hours to get there, I can't think of anything that was negative.
