Location is great, very central to everything and has its own access to the public beach

The couch was well worn, needs to be replaced.

We didn't eat at the location. I actually didn't know you could 🤣

The shower seemed clogged it retained water while you shower

We were welcomed by very friendly staff,nice clean reception,based right at the beach,the room had everything we needed (except for a bottle opener 😜) Even though we did our own cleaning (beds and dishes) housekeeping still came in everyday to make sure everything was tighty up.we requested for laundry one time,which was done very well.

We were a bit disappointed that both the pools were under construction at the same time as we booked a place with a swimming pool especially for the kids.we would've liked it for the bistro to be open to at least have a coffee and small breakfast before we start the day and maybe just something light in the evenings.overall it was a great experience and yes I would go and stay there again,the only thing that was bothering is that in 9 days housekeeping didn't change bedding once,with the kids around they spilled something on the pillowcase and I was ending up paying for it because they thought it was blood 🙀

the location is excellent in terms of convenience from all the best points of sight seeing and shopping in cape town and even the apartment is superbly located with great lagoon sea just outside your balcony...the garden, swimming pool and baths along with spacious rooms all make it for a great place to stay.

the kitchen area is a bit small and lacked some facilities but otherwise the cleaning was done on regular basis. the power failure is a major drawback which is not hotel's fault but due to such problems mostly faced in nights, the kids were not conformable and we had to accompany them. The parking charges and wifi charges were levied and not informed about in advance and the most difficult part is that there is no facility for food in the hotel itself.

The Self Catering apartment was very clean and there is house keeping daily with very trustworthy staff. It has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the sea and Table Mountain. It is very close to all the sight seeing places as well as shopping centers. There is 24 hour security, the area is very peaceful and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is an option for the staff to do your laundry at a small price or you can use the laundromat on site which is great but you need to have enough R5 and R2 coins and your own washing stuff, the reception does not have change - had to drive to town again for that. Immediate access to the beach was an absolute favourite! We had a great stay and highly recommend Leisure Bay!

Check in was from 3pm and when we got to the Apartment at 16h35 they were still mopping the floors! The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, had my Mom who is 70 struggle a bit up the stairs especially since we were out all day walking - this would most probably be the ONLY reason why I will not stay here again. The whole stove was sprayed/painted including the lights of the plates so it was difficult to see if it was On or Off - not all the plates worked and the stove knobs were not numbered so yea that was a bit of a frustration as some of the food got burnt at first.

Getting change for the washing masjien. It is really difficult to get change from shops. Will make a suggestion that someone maybe at reception keep a lott of change for guests. Maybe all the money coming out of the masjiens and reuses it. Some people want to do their own laundry. And the housekeeping card/bord not staying on the door because of the wind. Always on the ground, making it difficult for housekeeping to know if they can clean or not. The small fridge. If you are a family of 4x and self-catering, that fridge is JUST TO SMALL! Also, getting a dry rack for beach towels and costumes will definitely be a plus.

The cleaning was far from being perfect. It needs only more attention and better attitude. the problem of loadshedding is complicating the good evaluation. The generator would be a solution.

I loved everything about our stay ..my kids had the most fun even though we came in winter it was still amazing The view from our room was to die for when I open the door we had the pool and sea view greeting us Amazing place Very clean the lady Esme was lovely thank you

We loved the place. Just the one lady at reception was very unwelcoming My son even asked me why she is angry at us That was a bit sad and off putting but we enjoyed our stay

I liked their bed, its top quality and spacious., The location too is awesome since its along the ocean

The fact that they do not have iron for their customers. I had to go to Lagoon Hotel and request one colleague to assist with ironing in her room. The other bad factor is that their reception closes at 17H00. Anything you need after that becomes your own problem.
