The position of this hotel was perfect for us, everything we wanted was in the shopping centre. The transport system was so close and enabled us to get to where we wanted to go. Cab service was so quick, just had to ask the porter for a taxi and one was ordered within seconds. The staff at the counter always went above and beyond to help in any way they could. They were always so friendly. The breakfast was nice with a healthy option and the service was always very warm and welcoming. We loved the gym, the pool, hot tub, and cleanliness of this property.

The outside windows were a little dirty but as we were so high up I did wonder how they would be cleaned.

I liked that there was a designated seated smoking area right out front. I also liked having a Starbucks in the lobby. I also had a chance to meet Jeff the GM in the elevator it was nice to chat with him for a minute, and for him to say Thabk You for staying with us. Not enough properties, thank their guests.

I did not like that the breakfast restaurant buffet was almost $35.00 for very basic food. I also don't like that i wanted to have the nicest room at the property and was told that the suites they had were not available any longer. When I inquired further, the desk clerk just said we don't rent them any longer. That to me is absolutely ridiculous! Finally, there is no reason for the vinyl flooring in the room. This property is not near the ocean. Put some decent carpet in the rooms.

The front desk staff was great. The gentlemen who helped with carrying bags, parking, retrieving our car, getting us a hotel wheelchair -- they treated us like royaly.

An idea I have, and expressed to the front desk staff: Since you are limited with handicap accessible rooms, you COULD have in your inventory of helpful supplies things like: raised toilet devices toilet support devices (available at Rite-Aid, nothing fancy). Try to sit on a toilet and think about where handrails would be really helpful. Removeable steps into the tub and shower chairs to put into the tubs Tell prospective guests: "While we are all out of fully handicapped accessible rooms, we DO HAVE these assistive devices available from housekeeping."

Great hotel, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was considering you are attached to one of the largest malls in Florida. We were right by the elevators but they have a sound barrier! Every hotel you should be using this design! Loved the security too, can't get to the rooms without a card key because your card key activates the elevator. The coffee in the room sucked. A brand name K-Cup please, especially for the price of this hotel. Loved how many restaurants were available right in the Mall so it made it very enjoyable to stay. We would stay again if we were going out of Sanford airport (which we were). Not very close to Disney it's half and hour away. But the location to the airport and downtown Orlando is great.

The floors in our room were sticky!! UGH! Made me feela little disgusted, but I have crocks and I wore them around the room. Need a top comforter but we found the fuzzy sheet in the closet to keep us warm. The coffee was terrible! For the pric eyou pay get some brand name K-Cups. Bed was okay not soft enough for me, but my husband was fine with it. The pillows were great for a hotel! Great bathroom and shower, good job on design!

The room was comfortable and clean. At check in the valet outside and the gentleman at check in both very kind and helpful. We ran int the same gentleman later and he helped us find a place to eat and remembered our name! Loved his commitment to making our stay special.

At checkout, I spent about 15 seconds dealing with a woman behind the counter and was in a hurry to leave. She then asked both my husband and I to write our names on top of a piece of paper and answer 3 questions. Taking a survey regarding someone we hardly dealt with at all was absurd and we did not finish the questions. This should not have been demanded of us but rather asked if we would mind filling one out. The questions were not relevant to us at all since we never really dealt with her to begin with!

Upscale. Excellent location. I love that the mall is connected. If the weather is bad, just go back to the hotel and go shopping and eat out . Easy in and out- close and well lit parking. They make you feel just as important as other guests . No hesitation to assist and resolve issues.

Little things- left only one washcloth when two were in the room. Didn’t make bed daily. Limited parking for guest. But it is secured.

Loved the fact the hotel was attached to the mall. The pool was a great way to relax after all the shopping. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was very expensive in the restaurant. Limited selection of food for dinner. Thanksgiving dinner was nice but expensive at $32 for a main and dessert- both small portions. As the majority of the restaurants were closed on Thanksgiving we had no choice but to eat in the hotel.

Nice room, EV parking!, free bottled water in the room.

Location. Convenient. After two weeks of family vacation from Caribbean to east coast our last stop before heading home was Orlando. No need to get out of hotel. They have all the stores and restaurants. Every one staffed there are super nice and the cricket bar staff super nice shout out to Daniel who was super nice and welcoming! Several of the guests are flight attendants but no need to worry if you are with family this hotel is definitely family friendly. I knew about Starbucks but what impressed me the most was Chic fil a!!!! Wow! So definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pool area could use more shade maybe some trees? It was pretty deadly hot.

Room was clean and accessible. An adequate amount of toiletries were provided. Various USB charging ports around the room and close enough to the bed. Very nice bright lighting in the bathroom made it easy to groom.

Beds were very hard and felt quite short, I am average height and my feet were pushing off the edge. The shower/tub were quite dated, and the sink was not mounted to the countertop, only sitting over a hole. The toilet was also not secured to the floor and would move when you sat down.
