I liked the room; it had everything necessary. There is a coffee machine and a tea kettle, it's nice. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. The bed and pillows were very comfortable—usually, this is always a big issue for me in other hotels, but in this one, I was very happy with the bed's comfort and pillow options :) I also liked that the TV was connected to the internet. The hotel owner and the housekeeper are very friendly and quickly assist with any questions👍🏻. The location of the hotel is overall excellent. It's far enough from the bar street in Faliraki, so you don't have to worry about noise when going to sleep. There are also bus stops just a couple of minutes away, and several nice cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby where you can buy everything you need. The center of Faliraki is less than a 5-minute walk, and the beach is a bit farther—about 10 minutes. Overall, my stay at this hotel was great, and I highly recommend it, especially for solo travelers.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to the central street, to the bus stop, as well as to the beach. To get to the beach, we had to walk longer because of the crossing location. The walk was enjoyable, though. And tha beach was really nice and not overcrowded at all. As for the owner, he was absolutely great, reserved a taxi to meet us at the airport and to pick us up at 5am because of the early flight. We appreciated that a lot.

It would be great to have a small saucepan in the kitchen .

The property was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed, including great air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. The location was perfect, with the main street and beach just a short walk away, plus plenty of nearby bakeries, restaurants, and shops. The owner was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Clean and modern rooms in a 2 storey building with no specil amenities like restaurants or other usuals. The greatest part was the care that the young owner gives to his guests. He will guide you to very nice locals, activities and will always answer gladly to your questions. The location is in a quiet side of Faliraki, actually well located towards beach, shops and restaurants.

There is nothing in particular that we didn’t like.

Property is cozy and comfortable with the small yard outside on the first floor. The rooms were just renovated and as we know from owner it's going to be the same with bathrooms. Everything close, shops, bar street, 10 minutes from beach and taxi station. Ease to reach different points of Rhodes island by bus or taxi. Owner is very hospitable and friendly, he provided for us a nice list with places which worth to visit on Rhodes and each place was amazing. He was always ready to help, we asked for iron and he brought it also we accidentally closed the door with keys twice and he quickly resolve this problem :) Absolutely recommend this place!

Really recomend! We stayed for 12 days and everything was perfect! Good location, near bars and restaurants, shops, 5 min to Faliraki sandy beach. New appartment, like in photos, everything worked, very clean! Free parking. Definitely will come back next year! Thank you so much for service, best wishes for owners! 😉

On a 28 night stay I was absolutely blown away with the room,I have stayed in 4 star hotels less desirable,the mother and son team couldn't have been more helpful and tended to all my. Needs and requests,beautiful garden and clean grounds, conveniently situated off the main road so no noise at all, huge TV which I connected to my firestick.

Nothing at all was a disappointment, and plan to stay next year for same 28 day period

Great location, close to the main road and walking distance to the beach. The rooms are newly renovated and very modern, especially the bathroom, with all the amenities you need. A/C is available, but the room was naturally ventilated and cool without it. Internet also worked well. Stergos, the host, was very welcoming and super helpful whenever we needed some advice or suggestions.

The property was excellent, everything worked and it was very clean and conveniently. What I liked most was that the owner was exceptionally helpful in everything that I asked for about where to go where to eat if I needed something etc, he was amazing, also everything worked perfectly and the quality of the room was amazing. WiFi was excellent TV worked very well as did the AC.

High value for money and perfect location for exploring nearby attractions like Anthony Quinn Bay and Faliraki. The bed was super comfortable and plus’s that we could watch Netflix during the siesta times. Air condition working very well. Manolis Taverna the best insider tips from Jimmy’s.

The crossing over the main road, can sometimes be scary, there is a safe cross walk down to the left if the traffic is busy and you want to stay safe.
