The room and location to TCU was great. Quick easy walk to campus.

I had reservations for both Friday and Saturday night, June 12 and 13th. Reservations were made months in advance and I emailed the hotel ahead of time letting them know that we wouldn't arrive until after midnight for our June 12th stay due to our late flight arriving form San Francisco. When we arrived to the hotel there were no rooms left and we had to take an Uber to the Homewoood Suites. Your hotel told me an AC unit broke in a room but Im not sure if I believe it. I feel that you over booked and my room was given away, because miraculously by the next morning, the hotel had several rooms open for me to move back over from the Homewood Suites. It was a very disappointing start to our stay at the Hyatt TCU.

Rooftop bar was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was awesome. Free shuttle to and from the bowl game right outside the stadium.

Did not like to pay for parking. They were to email my receipt to me at checkout but I never got it.

Kayla and Isiah at the front desk were very helpful. I left my phone in a Lyft. They were so helpful and trying to call someone to help us. We really appreciated their friendly nature and help.

It was all good can’t think of anything I didn’t like. It was so clean and I felt very comfortable there. Nice staff and great location.

Location and rooftop bar was amazing! Hotel lobby has great coffee bar. Very clean and new.

They charge you $18/day to park in the hotel parking lot!!! Ridiculous considering it is self-park, outside, and not located downtown. Beds are not very comfortable. Mattresses sink.

The staff (Gina and Trinity) were very welcoming, professional, and polite. The room was clean, just bright enough, responsive temp controls, bathroom clean with nice features. The breakfast staff (Martha, Monica and Guadalupe) presented an outstanding area layout, beautiful food presentation, exceptional cleanliness, and were quietly attentive.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. It was quiet and all of the amenities we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were only there for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The location is ideal, close to TCU which was the sole reason for our visit.

The location was great, the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

We waited about 20 min before someone let us in. He went upstairs to take care of a guest. The hotel was locked we couldn't get in i understand we arrived after 11at night but there maybe should have been a note .

The front desk lady was very accommodating in everything that was in her power so to say. She made me the drinks I asked for and was very professional and pleasant.

Uhm, air-conditioning didn't work. Like I wanted the room to be warmer and it just wouldn't heat. When I called front office they couldn't do anything about it. Thankfully the duvet was large enough for me to double it up and ended up being ok. But definitely did not make me feel comfortable. I didn't like that there was hardwood flooring. But that's just my personal preference. So all in all for the price asked it is not very satisfying.
