perfect location - right on the beach and with amazing views from the balcony. They have all you need for beaching (towels, imbrellas, chairs) to take freely. Room is nicely decorated with all needed appliances.

overall room need renewal, some rust and mold is visible. appliances even though there but are quite old and therefor loud, so be sure to bring some earplugs

The staff was amazingly accommodating and warm in their welcome. The check in and check out process was really easy, and my favorite thing about this location was the included washer and dryer. It helps to keep the sand down! The public beach was right next door.

Despite the elevator been out of services, and the pool not repaired yet, we had a great time. Everyone in the reception was very nice and accommodated. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was everything we were looking for. Beach and food within steps.

Our efficiency room was so nice. It had all we needed. I enjoyed the balcony, the full kitchen, and the washer and dryer. The elevator was easy to access for going out to the beach. The beach was beautiful. The upkeep was very good. All of the office staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional.

I will enjoy the pool when it is rebuilt. I heard they just got approval to build after two years of waiting. The hurricanes have been awful in the area.

Location is very convenient, just steps away form the beach, apartments are spacious, clean, fully equipped, nice view, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Free parking. Will be back!

The area is still recovering from hurricane Ian so the elevator was not working and we were on the 5th floor. Not their fault but inconvenient. They are repairing the elevator and will be back in service by the end of march. No wifi in the hotel or apartment and the pool is also closed. Something they are also working on. Not a big deal because we had an amazing beach almost inside the hotel 😂

The hotel and the rooms were really nice. The view from the room and the balcony facing the ocean was absolutely great. The location is still badly affected. It must have been great there post Hurricane Ian, but now...

The hotel is in good condition, but you can still see the imact from the 15ft water swell from Hurricane Ian in 2022. The surrounding buildings, shops, restaurants are all destryoed with a very few excemptions. There's a nice Pizza place close by that is nice and a Mexican restaurant. That's it. All other building are either gone, destroyed, ruins everywhere or under construction. I was honestly speaking shocked. I thought the State of Florida would help this vacation hot spot to rebuild instantly. Nope, looks like a scene from a war zone even one year later. Driving along the coastline towards Marco Island you are passing one building after the other that is affected by the aftermaths of the Hurricane. And the ocean was murky. No clear water. I was very disappointed.

Great location, amazing view on the beach! Eventhough furnitures are not super super modern, overall the appartment is super cozy and warm.

When we were there, there was still some construction on the 1st floor, so we had some noise from time to time. Because the 1st floor was not renovated, there was also some humidity in our floor. Fort Myers is still a lot under construction because of the last hurricane.

The apartments are right on the beach and our apartment directly overlooked it, with a balcony. The kitchen is well fitted-out, with a large fridge and oven. The bed was comfortable and the apartment generally maintained to a high standard.

We can't complain about the Hurricane Ian reconstruction work going on - in fact it was quite humbling to see it. This did not affect time on the beach but, unfortunately again, there was a red tide that meant there were dead fish washed up and it was not really advisable to go into the water.

Excellent location. The beach was not as it usually is, clean and calm, but I guess it was because of the storm that hit the area days before we arrived! Everything else was perfect! Mrs, Anne at the front desk was super nice, helpful and very friendly. Thank you very much!!!

Beautiful view !!! Great vibe with townsquaure playing music !! Slider opens up so you can soak up view from your bed !! Perfect size room with 2 large beds and a couch with kitchen !

The beds and platform bed was positioned on were definitely old that's what I didn't like !
