Spacious apartment in a good location. Good communications and easy check-in.

This apartment was listed as having a washing machine and dryer. Not so. Management did offer the use of a laundry 3 levels higher which did the job.

Location and kitchen facilities are very good.

Daily cleaning is not performed, but i am not sure its becauae of apart hotel concept. And Wc privacy is very less due to the glass door:)

It is an entirely small apartment, so it is great! It is also seems to be safe (as I felt there) and in a great location (lot of groceries, restaurants and public transportation nearby).

Cleaning are only ok, there is room for improvement. Apartment in the basement are incredibly noisy, suffering all impact from who walks above. Some stuffs didn’t work properly, as exemple of the washing machine and some light bulbs. You can ask them to fix or change it as well. But it is boring to deal with it in your holidays. It is not a hotel, so it don’t has a “do not disturb” plate. Then, employees will enter in your room in ordem to empty trash bins and I don’t now else more (not to clean or change lines).

It’s located in a beautiful area with many restaurants nearby. The apartment is nice with two levels.

I wish the stove would have worked.

Super flexible and accommodating staff. I needed to leave my bags with them until the evening before I could checkout and they also upgraded me from the ground floor to the second floor. Really great space, quiet, with everything you might need. Very new utilities too. There was a complimentary pod for laundry, which I really needed by that time on my trip.

Nothing. The only thing I can think of is that some studios at the second floor have a very short amount of stairs, but I’m sure if that is a problem and you mention it before your trip, they’ll relocate you to one better suiting your needs.

The apartment was well located not far from Paddington station with the fast rail from Heathrow. Bayswater and Queensway underground stations were a short walk away with the District and Circle lines as well as the Central line giving access to all of Londons tourist sites. Shops restaurants and a supermarket were nearby for anything needed if self catering in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped My apartment was at the rear and it was spacious and very quiet. There was also a lift to the upper floors which was very welcome. Overall a very pleasant stay

I stayed for a week and would have appreciated a dry towel and the floor cleaned during my stay.

We stayed in an studio apartment and we were very satisfied. The receptionist was kind and forthcoming. We could also check-in before time and leave our bags after checking out which was very useful. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops around but about a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. There is a tube station nearby and there are good bus connections though. (little piece of advice: buses are much cheaper and actually quite convenient too)

We could hear the TV from the room next to us as if they were watching TV in our room.

Location: This property is within walking distance to Kensington Palace, Kensington Gardens and so much more! We loved walking through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park as we ventured out for sightseeing. The property is also convenient to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, church and souvenir shops. We loved the residential area that this property is located in. We always felt very safe. Room: Our room had all of the amenities that we needed and much more. We appreciated the in-room safe. The room doesn’t have a lot of floor space but it was perfect for our needs. Sometimes we brought our dinner back to the room and enjoyed the comfortable space to kick our feet up. Etc: We never had any problems accessing the building after lobby hours. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and much appreciated. Everyone we dealt with at the property was friendly and accommodating.

- Quiet and secure building with someone at reception from early morning to 9 pm. Someone is onsite and on-call overnight. Fast modern elevator. Complimentary loaner umbrellas in lobby. - Room and all fixtures were clean and tidy on arrival. Big bright room looking out on to a relatively quiet street and overlooking a small parkette. Modern bathroom, kitchen and laundry in suite. I think they upgraded me for free from double studio to premium studio, so we had a couch. Great water pressure and hot water. Quiet modern dishwasher. Fast wi-fi internet. Room cleaned and linens replaced when requested. Personal re-codable safe in room, (which it seems is not always a given for UK hotels.) - Very short walk to Circle Line and Central Line stations. Lots of grocery, drugstore, pub and resto choice within walking distance. Streets well-lit and quiet (relatively speaking. It's London!)

Room air conditioning was out of commission. Note: 12 foot ceilings made this less critical, even in hot weather. The hotel has since removed "air conditioning" from the list of features on booking.com. Bed was not the most comfortable I've slept in, took a couple of nights to get used to.
