Lobby and room was fantastic. Hotel presents really well. Staff were all amazing

Pool and the glass around the pool was quite fogged up and dirty. Didn't look as clean as it should of. Breakfast in the restaurant. Some food was a bit cold and not of the highest quality. Was good but not great.

The property is conveniently located near the beach and a 7-Eleven right by. There’s several bars up the street that or fun local style times.

If you’re looking to go to the other side of the beach near walking Street it is about a 20 minute car ride which is fairly cheap but should be noted about 10 motorbike

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and a perfect place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and spotless, with daily cleaning that keeps everything pristine. The bathroom was also superb, equipped with everything you could need. Everything about this hotel is top-notch, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Great hotel on nice location. Good breakfast. Very nice roof top swimming pool and restaurant/bar area. The room was very big and very comfortable.

Parking space is in limited supply, parking on the street is offered as an alternative when the underground garage is full.

My suite was advertised as having a city view. I’m guessing a floor or two higher it might have been true - but my ‘view’ was of an under construction structure and a set of snarled power lines. Right on the street too so a bit noisy and street light intrusion. So in short. Great room, very comfortable, good value. Disappointing view. That’s luck of the draw I guess, but given that I paid for an upgraded suite l was a bit let down there. I understand the staff assigns rooms as available. I just wouldn’t market it as an upgrade.

The coffee machine in the room takes caps.but the is no sign or notice to tell you you must pay 40 batt a coffee cap. You find out on checkout. The is normal coffee as well which is free but it would be nice to know.

From walking into this hotel nothing was to much trouble its a beautiful place the fish tank with the sharks was amazing and we had our evening meal in front of it,the breakfast wow buffet but what a buffet amazing quality and presentation.the rooftop bar and pool are exceptional and so clean the rooms perfect we got upgraded to sea view which was so kind at no extra cost,I advise anyone wanting a romantic time with thier other half to impress book the sanctuary its hilton at a massive reduced cost if not better I really can't fault this hotel it was our 1 Yr anniversary and we or I will be back again 😀
