Good hotel with very good locations right next to the ski-center Studenets. Easy to reach, convinient parking and with clean rooms.

The breakfast was nothing special - judging by that, the New Year dinner payment of 250 BGN per person was too much. Anyway we selected another restaurant to spend the evening there. The steam bath in the spa center was switching off too early - 19:00.

The location is great. The apartment is really spacious and nice, also with nice view comparing to a double room, which is very small. The hotel offers parking, open and covered. That makes it very comfortable in the area.

We arrived at about 12 o’clock and requested an earlier check in, but it was possible only if paying half of the room price. The hotel was empty in that time and we found it a bad advertisement, but kindly promoting your business was never the strong part of the Bulgarians.

Location was great one of the best in Pamporovo. From the spa I expected more but it was acceptable. The rooms were OK in size, they were clean. The bed and pillows were acceptable as well. The restaurant on site was very tasty. The Breakfast was almost the same every morning, with not as much variety.

Pillows could have been better. As a whole there is noting to dislike, but also there was nothing exceptional as well.

The location is top. Parking is great. Rooms are comfortable and warm. They were very kind to accept our dog and we spent a lovely weekend there.

The breakfast was a bit crowded. No decaf coffee. The staff seemed uninterested. I wish more local breakfast options were available.

The Hotel is perfectly located right next to a ski-lift. Parking was included, which was nice as well. The rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite delicious and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately we did not got a double bed as booked, it has been two single beds pushed together. The pool in the spa was cold and the steam room was way too hot.

The room was clean. I traveled alone with my dog and took a single room. The bed was bigger than expected.

The spa facilities are paid. The breakfast was not rich enough and the choice was small.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, perfectly situated. The food in the restaurant was very taste, although some of the items in the menu were missing.

Seriously understaffed for this season.

The breakfast could have been better, with more choices of local vegetables, fruit, tea, local breads, a la carte options. The waiters were somewhat inexperienced, forgetting orders, running out of basic things.

The location is perfect, all areas are warm. The restaurant, while a bit pricey, serves very good food. Breakfast is on point. The whole thing is tied together by the staff.

Spa leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the rooms are quite small (we got the opportunity to change rooms and got 1 of the bigger ones). Bed is not that comfy and the pool table needs to be better maintained.

Room very clean, confortable, not noisy. Place very quiet and beautiful. Employees of the hotel very sympathetic.
