I always stay in Sunny Hill when I visit Cluj Napoca, for a good reason: I like this place! Large, clean room, comfy bed. Excellent restaurant, delicious breakfast. Good value for money.

The bathroom... could still be a bit cleaner. This time there was no mustard at all (even after I asked) during the breakfast in the restaurant. Come on... this is Romania, at a place where sausages are served for breakfast... Earlier I could pay at the end of my stay, listing the charges for the room and the restaurant on one invoice. Now they charge the room during check-in. This way I have two separate invoices (one for the room one for the reastaurant), which is less convenient to handle at home at the accountant. I would much prefer one invoice.

I keep on choosing this hotel every time I visit Cluj Napoca. It's a nice and silent location at the edge of the town. The receptionist is kind and professional (always the same guy when I arrive, which is perfect). All services are smooth and easy going, on a constantly high level. Delicious food in the restaurant, including the very good breakfast. The restaurant staff members from Sri Lanka are always nice and super polite. The rooms are clean and spacious. AC, Wi-Fi, TV, hair drier, etc. in good working condition. Overall, a good value for money.

I'm gettig used to the labyrinth like arrangement of the building. If only the cleaning of the shower cabin could be a little more thoroughly done (a minor point, not an issue; I am extremely sensitive on this...)

once you give pne shrilankian tip all of them expect it.!!! to many foreigners who don't speak either English nor romanian! shower was rubbish couldn't get it right was either cold or super hot! very dirty showroom sides and glass side pillow and bed very hard and the pillow was a joke

The hotel room is spacious, has a large balcony and modern furniture. There is air conditioning, which was very important in the summer. The hotel is located in an area on the outskirts of Cluj in the middle of nature. The interior has a nice design. Check-out at 12 was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was varied, but half of the products did not look fresh (not spoiled, but only from one day to another).

Reception personal of the highest quality, very helpful and resourceful. Rooms are of good size, really comfortable mattresses. Mini fridge is well stoked and prices are mid range. I've stayed in two different rooms on the third floor, the view is nice.

Breakfast is good enough food wise. Water from the water dispenser tastes... bad. Orange / pineapple / whatever juice is not drinkable. Coffee quality is below average. You can eat but there's not much you cand drink unless you buy bottled beverages.

Brand new mattresses were super comfy and the hotel was very clean!! The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant on site had very good food. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is a little farther from Cluj then I thought, and I expected the view from on top of the mountain to be better than it was.

quiet, good VALUE FOR money. quite location, you can reach by car all locations in the town.

relatively bad organized breakfast, poor and same stuff everyday - not bad, but for a 4 stars Hotels expectations, as a customer, are higher. hotel has only 8 parking spots, can park over the street on a big plateau- no asphalt, little bit dirty when raining and stray dogs when getting dark. one day there was a very noisy party in the restaurant up to midnight.

This is the hotel where I reurn when I visit Cluj Napoca. I usually stay here for 1 night. Very satisfactory place with kind receptionist, good breakfast and super cool restaurant staff from Sri Lanka.

The room is clean overall, but the shower cabin would need some more thorough cleaning. This is a returning problem.

Quiet location and great air quality from the forest. The rooms are well equipped and the food is good.

I liked everything but as an improvement a water boiler for tea and coffee in the rooms, would be so good.
