I really loved the staff! Super friendly lovely people. Also the breakfast had great vegan options. The location was also superb. Everything was clean and the view from the breakfast was amazing.

Our room's shower didn't work properly, whenever you turned it on it got into a weird position and didn't hold when you tried to turn it. Also the other headboard thingie had loose screws and kept falling. These are just minor things but could affect some people's comfort. Also the Tapas bar across the street had insanely loud bass during night time, it would be wise to tell them to keep it down a bit.

Cool room with a huge bed, plenty of space to place luggage and to hang clothing, coats and bags which is handy for a few days of a stay. Nice bathroom with a large shower. Good location a few minutes from the train station and a short walk from Gamla Stan. Breakfast was amazingly good, loved the japanese style and donburi bowls, sets you up perfectly to enjoy the morning and keep you full until Fika.

We could hear loud music and feel the bass until 1am every night which wasn't ideal. Cool that the hotel is so vibrant and seems like a busy hangout but not easy to get a restful night's sleep. Mattress was a bit old and lumpy so even though it's a big bed I felt like I could only sleep comfortably in one spot. Hotel advertises cool gadgets will be available in the room to 'borrow' during your stay - we only had a tote bag so felt like we missed out on some things e.g. an umbrella to borrow would have been good to have!

The hotel location is great, central station and shopping stores were located nearby. Gamla Stan is 12 minutes walking distance, Ikea is a block down and a shopping mall is located on the back. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The breakfast buffet offered coffee, tea, pancakes, miso soup, yogurt, toasted bread, cheese and many other options for all ages. They had coffee to-go and a bar open in the evening with good pizza options. I traveled in January and the heater kept me warm, the bed was soft and comfortable. Would highly recommend for couples and millennials!

On the weekends, they have a rooftop open bar with DJ and the bass can be heard through the rooms if you're a light sleeper.

Lots of positives! The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a squeaky bed which was resolved quickly (they also offered to move us to another room if they couldn't fix the bed). Breakfast was amazing, in a light filled space with great views. There was enough variety to eat different things across 3 mornings and we enjoyed the donburi option. The hotel was in walking distance of T-Centralen so we were able to get across the city by metro and by foot. Despite being centrally located and having a buzzy bar, rooms were quiet at night (we were on the 6th floor so well away from both bars which helped).

We booked a room without windows and would consider booking a room with a window next time - the room didn't feel claustrophobic at all but we missed being able to check the weather in the morning by looking out the window. The room was looking a little tired (scuffed walls e.t.c) but this didn't affect our stay.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Bars and restaurant above great and good that residents don't have to queue as people are queuing around the block to get in! Free coffee, water etc. Gave us a little anniversary gift bad which was a nice touch too.

I chose a room without a window as didn't think it would be a problem for me but it was! The lighting is poor so quite dark in the room and also the bathroom which was not good when doing makeup! The room was small but I have stayed in smaller with no problem but it felt claustrophobic and i struggled to sleep the first night. They also had a design feature of a big rail which went around the ceiling but this just brought the room in closer. Anyway, I booked it and slept fine after the first night but won't book a room without a window again as I forgot how useful it is to check the weather with uour eyes rather than rely on your phone! My husband had no problems with the room but said the lighting could have been brighter so just a matter of personal taste i guess.

Easy to find. Very near central station. Fast check-in. Toilet and bath good sized. Breakfast was great especially their energy drink, a lot of variety. Free coffee at the lobby. Free washer and dryer you can use. Several food options available - besides a mall (Galleria) which has Ikea. a few blocks is another big mall. Walkable to all attractions, i feel we don’t need to take buses. Secured, you need a card to go to floors. Free bag that you can use while there (note, has to be returned).

1. Lighting is a bit dim and inadequate. 2. Bed is too soft 3. If you forget to put out the tag, your room will not be cleaned - although they will mention this to you later, we still forgot 4. Bath area floor is even so water is going out.

This hotel really surprised. It is similar to the 25 hour hotel chain, i.e. a luxury hipster vibe. The lobby is minimal but the service is very friendly. The location is directly in the center between the shopping area and the old town. Couldn't be better. The rooms are excellent, very comfortable beds and pillows. A small desk behind the bed, well designed bathroom with a wonderful shower. The breakfast is absolutely superb. Stunning views over Stockholm and the food quality better than in most 5* hotels in Europe.

Location and breakfast were amazing! Personal was very friendly. They even serve tasty traditional christmas hot drinks and cookies at the reception! This was super nice!

Unfortunatelly there was no table and a proper desk to work on computer in the room. Also while booking i was aware that there are no windows in the room (first time to book such a room) and for sure i won’t book again as i was not happy with the aeration system (not too bad but cannot be replaced by fresh air coming from window)

even in the 10th floor with great view - offices opposite looking into your room - so dont be shy ;-) great breakfast 12th floor, at night the bar having to enter via outside roof deck with loose handles that are not secure is less cool than the owner might think

very friendly reception desk staff cool lounge to chill and work in th afternoon is the ground floor bar area very cosy room sending good vibes BUT if you forget something u are pressed to use their faundit process thus become a case number of ups and thus loose the right for humanity. f.e. if u forget ur creditcard: they use it to secure their deposit but are not capable to use it for paying the parcel carrier (COMPUTER SAYS NO) very poor, very short focused solution driven. but hey they are a good -->hotel. just dont forget your belongings

Staff was amazingly helpful prior to our stay and during our stay! Breakfast choices and location was top notch. The location of the hotel is very ideal and convenient.

There was a lot of dust which wasn’t great for my allergies. Maybe because none of the windows open and so you can’t let anything out. Also, night club noise from the rooftop could be heard on Friday and Saturday evenings but we expected that from reading reviews. We kept the fan on which helped drown out the noise.
