The location is very good, very close to the airport (taxi will cost you just 12-15 euros), a bus stop to go to Dubrovnik is few minutes walk, around 15 minutes from the beach. But the best thing is the view from the balcony! You can have a breakfast and dinner looking at the sea and old town. It was very easy to check in at night! I can recommend this place.

It can be difficult for very tall people as our room was mansard, and for some people to get up from the beach, as it is quite steep climb. These are not minuses, just some specific features.

Great view from the balcony and well equipped room. Only a short walk down the hill to the center of the city. Check in and check out was very easy. We arranged for an airport transfer in the morning for a fee and they were prompt and on time.

Everything was perfect. Be aware that the property is up a steep hill. Make sure you get off at the correct bus stop if taking public transit because, if you take the last stop, you will be lugging your suitcases up a very steep hill.

Excellent value for money! Clean and comfortable (especially the beds). Airconditioning and wifi work well. Owner friendly and helpful. Did find the walk up from the old town a bit daunting.

Some form of shade on balcony would be good - too hot in the afternoon / early evening (later in the evening fantastic view).

First of all let me start with the view this room had it was spectacular and such beautiful views of the bay of Cavtat. The room had everything including utensils and the induction cooktop to cook your own food small living space to have your food etc the hotel is on uphill soo to get back from the town its a bit of a walk,theres a small laundry room aswell to iron your clothes etc

The pansion was very welcoming and very helpful. Clean and fresh. Front facing room had a great view. It is a great place to stay for a night on arrival/departure as so close to the airport Cavtat is a lovely place, deserving of more time.

The rooms were a little cramped. If you have a lot of luggage there are quite a lot of stairs. It is a steep walk back up from the bay, but not really a problem if you take it steadily

Nice little Pansiyon just 5 minutes from the centre of Cavtat and a short cab ride from the airport. I had booked it very last-minute for a short stay and the price was unbeatable.

Check-out was 10.30h which I found early. I offered to pay a little more for a late check out. And even though the hotel seemed pretty empty, it was not possible. However, I just stayed for one night so I am aware that I cannot expect to much flexibility.

Great location. Close to the center but not in the middle of it. Great balcony for breakfast with a beautiful view. Clean room and nice hostess.

On the balcony right next to your bedroom door you get the extractor of your neighbor's AC, which he left on all night, so you get to hear that. The bathroom is quite small. The shower can only be hand held unless you leave it at waist level.

Very clean apartment, a large comfy bed. Lovely view from our room and balcony over Cavtat, the surrounding area and Dubrovnik in the distance. pleasant manager. Very close to airport.

Balcony looked across the busy main road so it was very noisy when sat out. Soundproofing between apartments (movement noises from floor above) also not great but didn’t stop us from having a good nights sleep.

The hostess was super nice , the apartment was cute and the balcony has a great view to Cavtat absolutely stunning !

as some other commenters said , very steep road to arrive to the property if you come from the beach

The property is a short walk to the center and marina and has fantastic views from the balconies. The owner is friendly and helpful. The apartment was really clean and comfortable.

I liked everything about the property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
