I really liked that the villa was clean and the staff were readily available for us. Since 3 of us shared one room, there was still sufficient space for us to open up our luggage and hang around to chill. They also provided bicycles and huge umbrellas during our stay there. But we chose to take the grab because it was raining :(, the grab to the old town is super affordable that usually around SGD$1, therefore, the location is still good!

Unfortunately, during our stay we had 2 lizards that fell out of nowhere, however, by no means is it compromising in its cleanliness. I feel like it was inevitable as the villa is like a house, so i guess it was bound to have lizards. But the staff came to our rescue super timely!! so that was good :)

very pretty hotel with helpful staff, the pool was clean and working. They lend out bicycles for free - but make sure you choose a working one before heading off - my gf fell of the bike since it was broken. When we came back to the hotel to change the bike , the staff was very apologetic and helped us cover the wounds. They also helped us book the coconut tour and then a car the same day because we decided to leave early. The breakfast was nice, you can choose from a menu to order the main meal but there was also a small buffet with some bread and fruits and drinks to choose from. Room was clean, bathrooms too - we did find a small gecko in the bathroom but that was expected since the hotel is closer to the nature.

A small but beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and modern and they were able to accommodate us with early check in (for a fee). The receptionist was very friendly offering advice on tours and asked us daily for our breakfast choices for the following day. The hotel was away from the old town, but easy enough to get to by Grab. Being further away meant that we could use the bikes provided along the quiet paddy fields instead of busy roads.

A car was very kindly offered to pick us up from DaNang, although be careful because I didn't realise that the cost was in USD not VND. Therefore, it cost more than I had expected. Some shops also use USD so do check before spending.

everything about The Nam An villa was exceptional!! the room was spacious and clean, the staff were so so lovely and willing to do anything they could to make the best possible stay. the pool was quiet and clean. breakfast every morning was high quality food with lots of amazing fruit to chose from. location was perfect walking distance into the centre of hoi an and with the free bikes you can borrow it is a quick bike ride to the beach about 2km away. A nothing short of perfect stay!!!

Modern, bright and spacious. Bathroom is also a good size with a descent water pressure. The rooms with a balcony facing the main road are the biggest for 3 people. Location is perfect as it’s not packed with hotels, it’s quiet at night and close to all amenities. You even feel part of the neighbourhood. The pool is beautiful, clean and good size to refresh after a hot day out. The staff are so helpful and always make sure your stay is comfortable. Breakfast is really good.

The building next door is doing construction and it can be quite noisy from 7am if your room is at the back of the hotel. Not sure how long this is going for, so worth to ask.

We would rate this higher than 10 if we could. Staff were very welcoming and had got in touch with us to organise pickup from our hotel in Da Nang. Upon arrival we were given free water while we waited for our room and were shown a map of the area and how best to get into the town and places to eat. We booked a cooking class through the hotel and made use of the free bikes to go the beach. The room was perfect size with the comfiest bed we have had in our South East Asia trip and working aircon. There was a mini fridge with good priced snacks and free water was placed in our room every day. The bathroom was a great size and had a great shower with good water pressure and hot water. It was also nice to sit on the balcony at night. There was a lot of choice with breakfast options especially as we stayed for a few nights. The hotel is a bit further out from the main part of the town but this was not an issue as it was quiet and the walk meant we could see more areas of the city.

The service was incredible super accomodating, always had a hello and asked what we were doing for the day when we walked by the reception and super helpful arranging transport for us. The price for what you get is amazing you can’t complain. Pool was amazing too

Rooms were a little dusty in places and the location was slightly out of the way from the main city but still not far enough to complain about (only a twenty min walk) just means you can’t easily pop back to hotel once in the city

We had a lovely stay at The Nam An Villa. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, lovely bathroom. There was a mini fridge and snacks available too which was lovely. We had access to the swimming pool. Anna, at reception was lovely, very helpful and always offering recommendations. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast, staff all very friendly and approachable. We stayed over Christmas and on Christmas day we received a Christmas card, we thought this was so kind and thoughtful, many thanks! The security guard on the nightshift was also very kind and helpful when we arrived very early and were checking out very late - thank you for your help! But of a walk into town but we enjoyed the walk ☺️ Would highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful little hotel right located equal distance between Ha Noi old town and An Bang beach. The street is quiet and has a local vibe with beauitful lanterns that give it charm. The hotel is very clean and fresh, friendly and great value. Tien at reception was truly a delight!

Nothing! If I had to be picky I’d say the water pressure is a bit hit and miss and the matttress could be more plush but beds are always firm in SE Asia.

Everything about the Nam An Villa was wonderful! From the cheerful receptionist Anna and her staff who were most helpful, to the lovely rooms that were as beautiful as they were comfortable, the breakfast was custom made for each one. The location was perfectly set between the paddy fields and old down with a short ride to the beach. They offered us bicycles for free to rent and ride and when we had a problem they were there to attend to us. They were most accommodating and we had a wonderful time. We even did a workshop that they recommended! I would recommend this place highly and definitely revisit when in Hoi An next!
