We really liked the room. It was a great size, very clean and modern. The location was also great for saying all of the sites. The staff that was there during the day was also very friendly and helpful.

We had a car and it was a nightmare trying to drop our bags and finding a place to park. The hotel is on a very narrow street where you can’t pull over without blocking traffic. There is no parking anywhere close by. The parking map that the Hotel provides is of no use. The person who answers the phone when you call after hours also was difficult to get a hold of. It took three tries. When he finally called us back, we learned where to park. It was about 3/4 of a mile away. I would not stay there again if I had a car. If I didn’t have a car, it’s a wonderful hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old city area which is at the top of the city but you can reach it easily just a short walk from the street lift. No traffic so it's very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, guided for check in, where to park and taxi booking. We used the free parking on Viale Boncamino that's 5 min walk. The breakfast room and terrace is cosy and the food options are great. The room is large, king size bed very comfy with two pillows each and of different thickness, mini fridge, bathroom and shower separated, large windows, Aircon and big TV with casting so we could watch Amazon prime/ Disney from our account. Room service was impeccable, everyday the bed was made to a high standard.

The only bit I would recommend is to have a support for hanging your face towel, the wardrobe in our room didn't have a mid shelf just the hangers and a drawer so it was a bit difficult with all the clothes and maybe a small ice machine in the breakfast area for self service.

Great location with an atmosphere I have imagined for a hotel in that place. Very helpful friendly stuff. Clean. Very nice breakfast. Our room no.5 was enough big for 3 people (it has actually two rooms). Coffee machine, little kitchen. All you need for a short stay. And they welcome dogs there! All in all very symphatic! Would live to return!

Well, I cannot say I did not like it, but is just important to imagine well where the hotel is in case you come by a car. Ideal is to park in a big covered parking below the old centre on via Elena and you can easily go up by two lifts from the parking up to the castle right few corners from the hotel. If you know the way... :-) see photos of the second lift. I didnt like the double bed in our room. Was too soft and had a kind of a low hole in a middle like a nest, so fine if you are alone but not fine for two people. But maybe somebody else will be ok with it.

Wonderful, well-designed room with a very comfortable bed, with a luxurious feel to the whole place. Lighting, shelf-space, bathroom, tea and coffee facilities are all first-class. Breakfast is a beautiful spread of both hot and cold varieties, in a delightful dining area. Staff are very friendly, speak very good English and are very happy to help. Communication by Whatsapp was prompt and efficient. The hotel is located in the old, historic part of town and is about fifteen minutes on foot from the main restaurant/shopping area, and it is a steep walk up. We loved the atmosphere of the old town, and we are fast walkers, but this may deter others wishing to be closer to the action. The public lift down to the piazza helped too.

Saturday night was rowdy as revelers were returning from a night spot in the historic town, and shouting echoed through the narrow streets, but this is obviously not under the hotel's control. The balcony door has double-glazing but it was not enough to keep the noise out. During the week it is eerily quiet.

The service is very helpful and nice. The breakfast is delicious and served in a nice side-buffet. The room is spacious and very nice visually. There's an electric kettle and coffee machine in the room. It's very good price/quality compared to hotels in Olbia for example.

The room equipment could be cleaned more thoroughly before check-in - the cups and glasses we had were dirty on arrival. The room is spacious but there's not much furniture to put your stuff in, no desk either, it would be a nice addition. The localization is annoying unless you're traveling by car. It's situated on the top of a hill - going to the city is always a climb and the roads are quite busy and without a sidewalk, in high temperatures this made us regret choosing this location

The property was absolutely lovely: beautifully presented and easy to access - we arrived after reception was closed but the instructions, sent a day before arrival, were clear and very easy to follow. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained; breakfast was ample and delicious with very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were very impressed with everything. If you like staying in the heart of the old city, then this is about ideal.

The only negative is that on Saturday night it was a little noisy in the street outside (the hotel is right on the very narrow, old city road) but there is nothing to be done about that.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The room had 2 things you seldom get which make me happy - a duvet and a kettle with a selection of tea and coffee. The staff were very helpful - taxis are not readily available in Sardinia as in other places and they sent one to pick me up when I arrived and ordered one for me when I left. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby. This property "ticked every box" on my "wish list" and I look forward to returning.

There was no lift (but I knew that in advance) and the staff helped me with my luggage. The room was definitely worth the effort.

The staff was really nice. Not only polite, but nice. Something rare in Sardegna, according to our experience, where people treat us good but not warm. The spacious room, an elegant combination between modern and classic. One look at the balcony and you feel like a resident of this city. The breakfast was delicious. A real treat for the eyes and the mouth. Thank you! We leave this island with a great feeling. I recommend this place if you want not only to visit but to relax, eat delicious food and enjoy the landmarks.

We stayed at #120. The room and breakfast room were both done in tasteful and elegant Italian modern decor in a 17th century building. Excellent breakfast with a variety of foods. The staff was very good at communicating with us when we had questions even before we arrived. And, they were extremely helpful, particularly when we had an emergency. The location was convenient to museums, the old town, restaurants. When we told the hotel that we were leaving before breakfast would be served the next day, they prepared and left in our room a portable breakfast.

These are really little things and more just to take into account, not complaints. First of all bear in mind that it’s a building from 17 century so no elevator, but it wasn’t a big deal. The room could have a fridge but also okay without it. And the beautiful beams at the ceiling were full of dust, probably because it’s difficult to reach them. Otherwise everything was great!
