First and foremost, the staff were very helpful, positive and consistent with their service. Whether you have a question or provided with hospitable services, ranging from room service to drinks and food, they are always prompt, effective and thoughtful. The breakfast option, I highly recommend, because every morning, you are treated with a wonderful array of food, wonderful coffee service and a nice atmosphere. From single people to couples, families to business guests, people felt relaxed with the hospitality of UNAHOTEL BOLOGNA. During the heat of summer, your bedroom is a nice, cool area. And the bathroom is great with a nice big shower space. Room tidiness is impeccable and I give a huge thumbs up for their consistency. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to go back again. Wonderful accommodation which compliments the wonder of Bologna!

Location is excellent, very close to railway station and within easy walking distance of city centre, restaurants etc. The hotel was scrupulously clean. Our room (number 410) was bright and spacious. The lift system was fast and efficient. The staff (cleaning staff, breakfast area and most of reception) were cheerful, all doing their work with interest and enthusiasm. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection of food/drinks, including fresh fruit, and supplies were replenished quickly.

The bathroom had signs of wear, especially the taps in basin and in bath/shower which were hard to turn on/off securely. Use of the shower requires stepping into the bath which is designed with a slightly sloping bottom, obviously to aid drainage; however, this heightens the risk of slipping and may not suit everyone. A higher grab rail or/and a mat might help. Complimentary coffee/water/snacks is available beyond the reception desk but this area seemed neglected during our stay - for example, no coffee pods, no cups and generally untidy.

The location is excellent right across the train station, super convenient if you use the train as means of transportation.The city center is about 10-15 minutes on foot.The breakfast is amazing with a huge variety of savoury /sweet delicacies.The design of the hotel is up to date.

The beds were not comfortable at all, not for a 4 star hotel, they were moving all the time.The view, even though in the seventh floor, was a bit depressive overlooking the back yard.Also the girl in the front desk as we checked in, was really slow...we almost spent 10 minutes to check in...

This hotel is super cool and so convenient. Right from check-in the staff were so professional and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to a better room on the top floor - and WOW. The room was huge, very cool interior design, stunning bathroom with a big bathtub. The location was brilliant, so easy for the station and getting to the airport; yet so quiet and calm inside. Plenty of space to sit in the lobby, really easy to walk around and explore the city, plenty of interesting restaurants nearby. The immediate neighbourhood is of course what you would expect so close to a major train station.

The breakfast was included and was perfectly adequate, but felt it was not quite at the same high standard set by every other aspect of the hotel.

I chose Unahotels Bologna primarily for its proximity to the train station—it's literally across the street, which was very convenient. The receptionists were exceptionally kind and helpful, which I found to be the most positive aspect of the hotel. I met several of them, and they were all very helpful. The room was quiet and received a good amount of sunshine, although the staff kept the curtains closed to manage the heat. The size of both the room and bathroom were adequate for a double room. The WiFi worked well, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Unahotels Bologna.

Due to its proximity to the train station, Unahotels Bologna is a bit of a walk—around 20-30 minutes—to reach the main tourist attractions. This is something to consider when planning your stay. It appears that the hotel may have seen better days. Unfortunately, the furniture showed signs of wear and tear. Additionally, while the room was not very dirty, it could benefit from more attention to cleanliness with a little extra care and effort.

We loved UNAHOTELS, the staff was so kind and informative, room was spacious, clean, big comfy bed. Breakfast was great, as in all hotels we were in Italy, but the difference is that this hotel has an area with Bologna specialties. <3 Location is great if you carry big bags and luggage as it's right across the main station, and it's a 17 minute walk to the centre. But on the way to the centre there are many things and shops. Also, the breakfast outdoor seating area is lovely!

The only downside was that the breakfast isn't refilled too often, once we came at 8.50 and the cheeses and meats weren't refilled for 25 minutes even though the breakfast is till 10. Every morning something was missing. But we stayed for 3 days so it didn't matter as much as we tried it all.

The room size was really nice for three people. The room was clean. Internet was good enough. Location is really nice - just in front of the train station. Staff seems to be friendly and nice. Just a tip for the travelers - taxi from the hotel to the airport was really nice - 25EUR if you order it from the hotel, when Uber showed 37EUR.

The bathroom was leaking and it took quite some time to find a solution. We were proposed to use bathroom in another room which had clogged toilet. But eventually it was cleaned. We had an early flight next morning and instead of resting we were waiting for all this to be resolved. We were leaving at 4am next morning and the breakfast they provided consist of some crackers, waffles, salty sticks, water and apple. I think breakfast could be much better.... I would expect at least some sandwich.

Everything was fantastic. It was contemporary, it was clean, the staff were fantastic. It was right opposite the train station and a short walk to the centre of town.

There was a great feel about the place. It feels very new and the art in the reception area is fab. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a lovely bar at which operated in the evenings and the person running it was great. They offered snacks when you ordered a drink. The rooms were also great. The sheets were crisp white linen. Everything you needed was there! The breakfast was also great offering just about everything.

Breakfast was great. The parking was extremely costly compared to the room cost. It was difficult to park the car due to many columns in the cellar and the day I left I rested closed for half an hour as the exit door was blocked. However the personnel was very nice: at the restaurant for breakfast they were very attentive, only exception were the receptionists on the day of arrival, not really very customer oriented. However this cannot prevent me of having an overall good impression of the hotel.

Parking cost.

The room was big and clean. The staff at the reception were very friendly. It looks like every floor is specific for a language. The staff new we are Arabic speakers and gave us a room in the designated floor. A very nice and thoughtful gesture from him!! The location is perfect as located in front of the train station. The breakfast was very good and rich.

These are not complaints but things to improve. The staff at the breakfast time seem to be a bit nervous or stressed. No smile or welcome !!! I find the orange color weird for room painting !!!
