I appreciated the effort of the staff for considering our requests while checking in. They were very helpful in providing our needs and were very responsive when we raised concerns particularly in the repair needed in the bathroom. I appreciated their honest responses and the guidance they provided. I appreciate their flexibility and the decision-making skills. Specific to the facilities, water pressure is very good. The basic necessities are available except for the spoon/fork.

The valve for the bidet needs to be closed when not in use to avoid any leakage in the bathroom. It's just uncomfortable to close and open it again when we need to use the restroom. Most likely, the cause is the water pressure. One room does not have a cabinet.

Very clean...2 comfortable rooms for 8 people..there is a sofa bed...mr adib gave good service during checkin/checkout..

Soho klcc there is no view off klcc bcoz it is blocked from other new buildings..but u can walk to klcc..very close...

The location is ideal. within walking distance to klcc and pavilion. the connector is just 200m away from the building. Our stays was fabulous. I make some changes 2 days before my arrival. and in touch with Imran. He’s a super nice guys and gives us a lot of help. Will definitely come back again. strongly recommended.

Checking in was a brief, as was well assisted by Adib. Location of the place was very very good. I would just stay there again cos being at the very strategic location (business venues, restaurants, shopping malls etc). love the security and the access to specific floors only (very good to have that).

think the parking system need to be rework (think a bit inconvenient to park at the side to unload - no proper place to do that & needed to walk around the carpark to get back to the Soho entrance) also, should allocate at least 2 carparking lots for the guests

The hosts were very friendly and attentive. They messaged the day before to agree time to collect keys and to show around the apartment and used the same process for check-out. Some minor issues were sorted very quickly and with no fuss from the hosts which was very welcome.

Security at the complex could be friendlier- but this didnt spoil my stay

Clean and neat. I love the washing machine and dryer. The host responded quick for my question or request. Thank you .

Ironing board isn't sturdy anymore but still can be used. I prefer not to use aircond all the time because my skin will feel dry but no fan is available so just make do with aircond.

3pm check in radiculous, no effort put by property coordinator to expediate the housekeeping fast and efficient. The executive incharge Adib....need to be more proactive ,,,,handover keys fast to housekeeping personnel so cleaning can be done. Calls never answer ...no sense of responsibility. pls reduce the check in hassle

Location, security , quality household fittings

Fantastic location. Everything that you need was available at the apartment from fresh towels , linen, cutlery, kitchenette etc. Small market available within the building. Excellent pool and gym available at nominal rates.

Early check in and late check out not possible. Luggage storage services also not available.
