Great Location, great room - clean and staff willing to go the extra mile. I stayed in a Club Room and access to the Club Lounge was great and worth paying extra for. Small complaint: the range available at breakfast in the Club Lounge was a bit limited, especially with regard to the provision of fresh fruit (I am not sure why strawberries are offered - it's Malaysia! -but not papaya) but this is only a small complaint as it is also possible to have the full breakfast choice in the usual restaurant

Most staff are fantastic - courteous and helpful. It is therefore a real shame that a small ew don't meet the usual high standards that Impiana sets for itself. Is this a lack of training? A smile of welcome and a greeting goes a long way. Smiling lessons for staff? As I indicated, most staff are fantastic!

The room was comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, it did not provide the expected views of the Twin Towers. The breakfast could use improvements in quality and variety; more options would be appreciated, and timely replenishments would be helpful. During our stay at Impiana KLCC with our 4-year-old son, we encountered an unpleasant comment from a restaurant staff member regarding our child, which we found unacceptable. On a positive note, the location is excellent, with proximity to key attractions and amenities, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around.

The breakfast menu needs a thorough review to improve quality and variety, mainly to accommodate international guests. Currently, there is a lack of options beyond local and Asian dishes. Additionally, we requested a hard-boiled egg for our child, but the chef declined, stating that it was unavailable. Similarly, the afternoon tea service should also be evaluated, as it requires more frequent replenishments.

it took about 1 hour to check in, probably it was peak season as many other guests were waiting to get their rooms ready on that day. however, we were compensated with late check out. otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and the Staff is helpful

Hotel offers a spacious room, which is a notable feature compared to other hotels in the area. However, the decor is starting to show its age, and a refurbishment to modernize the ambiance would enhance the overall experience. The breakfast served at the hotel is commendable, with a variety that caters well to guests. Club guests, in particular, are treated to an even higher quality of food. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location, strategically placed in the middle between the KLCC and Pavilion. It's conveniently close to the KL Convention Centre, making it an ideal choice for business travelers and tourists alike.

While Hotel has its strengths, there are areas that could use improvement, particularly in room service efficiency. Requests for extra items like pillows, shampoo, soap, and mineral water tend to take a considerable amount of time to be fulfilled. Moreover, it often requires multiple follow-ups because the initial requests aren't always noted or acted upon promptly. This aspect of the service could be much smoother to ensure a more seamless experience for guests. Others, wifi signal needs to be improved.

The hotel is very close to Suriya KLCC which is the reason we booked. We were upgraded to a premier room for free, which we really appreciated. Checkin was a breeze. The water pressure in the room was excellent. Room was big for my husband and 8 yr old. We had a walk in closet where we kept our luggage. Internet connection in the room was excellent. My son had to attend school online and we did not encounter issues. Hotel restaurant had a big screen that showed the World Cup while having dinner which was nice. Food in the menu was just ok. Nothing to rave about. We ate dinner there once, then decided that ordering Grab food would taste better. Pool was just okay. Very cold water, my son and another little boy were shaking.

In the room: The windows behind the curtains were not cleaned because a lot of dust was there when i open the curtains. Bathroom sink: Took a while for the water to go down the drain so when you’re washing your face or brushing your teeth, you will have a bowl full of water that would overflow if you don’t pause. Sink also had stains or scratches which gave an unclean impression but not a bug deal. Breakfast was good, but it would be better if they served plain steamed rice. I asked a server if they had it, and she told me to ask the cook myself. Then later just said they don’t have it.

Impiana has never failed to amaze me..considering this might be my sixth or seventh stay. Love the location, the lounge and the staff. Special mention for Karen who is always helpful and friendly everytime I stayed in the hotel. Thank you Karen

I think the hotel is going through a period of training new staff both at the reception and other areas. I am totally supportive of trainees..we all have to start somewhere..:-).. but the hotel may have to provide more for these trainees..just a suggestions.. the two I met seems frightened.. and I hope I am not scary. one at the concierge insisted that I was wrong eventhough we were reading from a notice on the desk.. I have always rated Impiana for the level of service and I hope the hotel will return to that. The bellboys are fabulous as usual. Thanks

Location - adjacent to Suria KLCC mall and the Petronas towers. Great views of the latter from the executive lounge club. Lavish buffet spread - fusion of Malaysian,Indian & Chinese cuisine. By booking an execuitive class room we got access to the club lounge where we had tea and light bites in the afternoon and cocktails and canapes in the evening. Friendly staff and a big thanks to Aidhel, Ibraimi & Shahida for makiing our stay more than comfortable. Request for late checkout by 2 hours was immediately accepted and the keys were updated in the system so that we dont lose access to the lifts.

Guy making roti canai in the morning for breafast needs to be friendly and less grumpy. A request from my wfe for a Malaysian dish roti bawang tellur (roti with egg and onion) was met with an impolite NO!! Fortunately on our last day he was not there and was replaced by Anand who made excellent dosa for breakfast and was polite and friendly.

The room was larger than the standard hotels, and it included a bathtub which was separate from the shower stall. Great room amenities (e.g. kettle, water bottles, hairdryer, iron) that keeps you covered for the duration of your stay. Super convenient location with a bridge that links to KLCC and Pavilion mall. Many bars and cafe within a 15 min walk too.

Traffic around the area gets really really bad from 5pm, so it's best to use the trains!

Great customer service Jul 2024. Absolutely delighted by the service rendered by all staffs in Impiana. Reached the hotel way too early than usual check-in. The Hotel was expecting a large number of guests from around the world due to an event. However, Manager Karen, didn't disappoint us, when we were there. She received us with a big smile over the counter. Check through our booking detail and we had a room at 12pm. Wowz! She is such a sweetheart! The room was super tidy and spacious. Loving it. Check out was a breeze too. Concierge Syafiq attended to us till we board our grab. We even managed to catch a small talk with him. Nice Guy! Thank you so much Karen and Syafiq for the pleasant customer service. Look out for this two staffs when you're there. Would recommended this hotel to all of my family and this wouldn't be my last. Till we meet again!

Perfect location, just around the corner from the Petronas Towers. The hotel itself was impressive from the moment I walked in. Very quick checking in, the outdoor pool was amazing and whilst we didn’t go for a massage, the whole of the spa floor looked classy, elegant and above all relaxing. Our room was a deluxe room at the back of the hotel and was very impressive for the amount of money we paid. Breakfast was a feast and staff very attentive. We only stayed here one day but have said that we would come back again for a longer period of time..
