I didn’t realize breakfast service ended at 9 am, so I missed it. The location was very convenient for me. Bed was comfortable. TV service was great. Bathroom and shower were decent.

Breakfast should be served until at least 10 am. The room, especially the bed and TV, were very good for the age of the hotel but could use some upgrades. The common/lobby area definitely needs to be upgraded. The sink water pressure was very low. Unfortunately my room was facing the parking lot & highway, so it was a bit loud & bright.

The room was huge, very clean, beds were comfy, gave us so many pillows I love pillows! The staff was nice. The coffee machine in our room did not work because they had the wrong coffee pods for the type of machine it was but that seems to happen in a lot of hotels we stay at lately. But they do have decent coffee downstairs. Overall it was really good.

The only kind of annoying thing was like I mentioned above the coffee maker in the room wasn't usable but it wasn't a deal breaker for us I just went down to the lo by and got some there.

The room was large. There was an elevator. The hotel answered all of my messages ( we ended up checking in very late, 1 am the next morning for various reasons on my end). The bed had a pillow top. Plenty of pillows and towels. Very pretty crystal chandelier in the entry way of the hotel. Deluxe breakfast. The sausages were good, the eggs OK. A coffee machine to choose boldness of coffee or hot water for tea. Internet fast enough for me, but not fast enough for our son. The room was clean. Enough hot water. It was 6 minutes from Love Field-Dallas. Amazingly cold air conditioning. We had to turn it a little bit warmer.

We were never in a hotel with 3 sets of drapes. Outside drapes just for show, sheers that stay in the middle, and small opaque drapes to block the light from the parking lot and give you privacy. I figured it out, my son and daughter in law did not. They couldn't sleep with the parking lot light and changed clothes in the bathroom for privacy. Maybe at check in you could tell people about the drapes. The parking lot didn't seem large enough. There were a couple of old stains on the carpet. No fruit juices for breakfast.

My room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I was glad that they actually cleaned the room every day. That literally doesn't happen anymore

The breakfast was the same everyday. which really not an issue. But the quality of the food was sub par.

Location was convenient. The Housekeeping staff was exceptional.

Breakfast foods chioces could be expanded. Cereal for example was limited to cornflakes or luckycharms. Variety of fruits should be added. A bottle of water should be added at least upon check-in.

The hotel is not in a tourist walking area, it is however conveniently located near DAL, and close enough to some touristy areas. We were there to alleviate our exhaustion after flights cancellations and tardiness. The staff was amazing, they even provided us with two toothbrushes and paste since our luggage was gone. The breakfast was very decent for a continental.

I didn't like the fact that the keys cut off before it was time to check out and also I didn't like the fact that I was able to use a credit card to open my room door too much space in between the door that's something that truly needs to be addressed

Breakfast options weren’t as good as other places we’ve stayed, the eggs were bland. The rooms & facilities were decent for the price though.

Breakfast could have been better and the ac didn’t really keep us cool throughout the nights.

Breakfast didn’t start u til 7:30, too late for us! The checkin clerk forgot our shuttle to the airport. We asked for one at 6:30, the morning clerk informed us they don’t start until 7:00. The morning clerk called us a Lyft. We were only 15 minutes late.
