I loved the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. It was an exceptionally clean bathroom and luxurious shower (sliding glass door, fancy shower head). The bed was comfortable, and there was a large TV in the room. I feel that it was a good value, and centrally located enough.

The breakfast was a bit lacking (no eggs, meat, pancakes, waffles, etc). It was very minimal but I did find a bagel and some apple juice and my fiance found some yogurt and granola so we were fine with it! Other food available was instant oatmeal, cereal, apples, oranges, and of course coffee and tea!

Everything about the stay was great until we woke up the next morning to a light pole on top of our friends’ vehicle. We did not use the pool or anything extra. Just slept. Beds were very comfortable and the room we booked was absolutely massive. I would definitely book again in the future just based on the inside of the hotel.

The only downside was the light pole incident. From what I was told, the hotel recently came under new management so the rusted out pole could have been a coverup from previous management.

Good location. Handy to freeway and downtown. King room was very large and spacious, and had good storage. Simple breakfast of bagels, coffee, and juice was a good start to the day. Excellent gym. Would be happy to stay there again. Communal areas were clean.

The only negative was there is no guest laundry. And while the room was big there was only one arm chair, there is plenty of room for a second arm chair or a sofa.

Large, spacious room. Simple but functional. It met my needs for a one-night stay related to a hospital visit to UT Southwestern, which is very close to the hotel. Very friendly staff. I would stay again if needed.

My only disappointment was that there was no in-room coffee maker or tea kettle. I love to wake up an have a quiet, private, and slow morning. Both coffee and hot water (with a selection of teas) was available at all times in the lobby.

Amazingly spacious room. Ir is almost like a room and a half. Great to let the kids play. Wonderfully friendly staff.

They have the dumbest luggage carriers, first off luggage does not even fit on it correctly, if you happen to get luggage on it, the front wheel (that's right, only 1) won't turn correctly. There is also no wheelchair ramp at the front of the building, so you have to tip the front wheel up and then lift the back 2, just to get into the lobby area.

The place was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. It was in a good location as well. I just wish there was a way to buy the pillows! They were so good!

The breakfast is more like a grab and go, it was a bit of a letdown. Most places that offer breakfast have at least eggs and bacon or something to that effect. They just had cereal and bread products. I wish they would upgrade their breakfast.

The breakfast could have been better fresh waffles would have been nice .The yogurt machine was broke and that's one of the main attraction to that breakfast bar

I had do not disturb sign on my door check out isn't until 12 .The maid showed up at 10 knocking on my door to see if I was in my room very unprofessional and to say the rude to say the least

Price.

Compared to other Hilton’s I have stayed at the breakfast was disappointing. The Bagel Breakfast was exactly what the name says - no protein, only bagels. Muffins were still frozen. Bagel were good. All things being equal, if I knew the breakfast was only bagels and another hotel was serving a regular continental breakfast, I would stay at the other hotel.

The room was beyond our expectations, very roomy. The bed was comfortable, check in was a breeze, the desk person was super friendly. Breakfast was as expected since it was advertised as "Continental". Will recommend to family and friends. Oh, and very easy to get to Dallas Love Field.

Clean and perfect size for our family of four adults.

The property was great but when we got there we stayed on the 1st floor and heard constant running up and down on the floor above us. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and switched our room.
