Great location between pahlawan walk and mahkota parade, can go to attaractive places by walking only.Receiptionist and housekeeping staff very polite, easy and fast check in and check out. Free carpark in front of the hotel and also at the basement

Our room at level 4 water pressure very low. Hotel should consider using water pump. Need to improve on the cleanliness of the toilet area and the shower screen. 1 light at the door not work.

A strategic location , all are walking distance . The room was very comfortable even if the space is small but still good for us who is travel for fun . The housekeeping staff 👍🏻 . I really hates people who was lacked of manners !!! Old women at the reception on Dec 13 , 2024 . At 8pm . I asked for an extra key cause my key was left behid inside the room & another reason is my husband come back to the hotel at late night . So he need the key incase we cannot help to open the door , cause it was a tiring day . And then she with no great no smile keep asking me where is your key , just now i'm talking to her , she never listen to me ?!! She asked for key deposit . Ok then , i'm paid for it . Suddently the key system cannot used . She hold us for 1/2 hour . Me with the baby 🤷🏻‍♀️ . No commen sense !!! Please take an action . She is very RUDE !!!

Location is excellent. Everything is just within walking distance to all the historical places. Plenty of eateries around.

Too much to walk from the elevator to get to the room the corridors are quiet long.

Location 10/10 - Right at the center at Mahkota parade. Walkable to Afamosa, jonker street market etc, nearby many food restaurants & night market Cleanliness & room design - I’d say it’s quite clean. Both room & bathroom are clean, not dusty (during my visit) - Basic furniture set up, minimalist style. I like it because it’s not like the old worn furniture - Only that the room is a bit small, but it’s okay for me for 2 people since i only stay there for night sleep - Room design is same like photos advertised Price point & value - It’s worth it to me, quite affordable, cheap & match the value compared to other nearby accommodations

Beddings - Pillows are too thin & flat - Mattress are okay, not really comfy like the high end hotels which is expected, but not that too thin like the super cheap hotel. So im fine with it :) Aircond - Note that the aircond will blow directly at one side of the bed. But it’s manageable as i can just adjust the aircond fan, so it’s fine

The location was good with plenty of food options available at night. The A/C was strong which was perfect during hot days. The staff were extremely helpful. My mom accidentally dropped something behind the headboard and the staff were quick to help in get it back.

I noticed some spots on the toilet door and the sink in my moms room was leaking. However, the beds and toilet were clean so it’s pretty good generally. Also, grab drivers seem to have some difficulty in finding the place so it’s easier to choose a pick up from the main road by the Pakistani restaurant which is very close by.

Love everything. Nearest access to everywhere ✨ Just park the car and walking as u can direct see the menara taming sari. Available parking for free if stay at the hotel. Hotel is neat and soo tidy and comfy & clean 🫶🏻 Cheap and affordable price. Have a mini playground for kids,have a mini lounge to chill. Smooth lift and the lobby fragrant is welcoming. Helpful staff during check in. Really recomended !

Great location and budget friendly for a no-frills stay. Next to Mahkota Parade and opposite Dahtaran Pahlawan. Short walk to Jonker Street. There are night markets just opposite the hotel on weekends. But it was not noisy at all.

Not much space to put the luggage. There was only a small corner to eat the packed food from the night market. But these were okay given the price point and location of the hotel. Overall would discount the inconveniences faced given the excellent points of the hotel.

Location is very near to tourist attractions. Free parking so less hassle. Park at hotel and all tour within walking distance. Food is easy to find, many restaurants nearby. The room is a bit small, but just enough for 2 people. And don't expect great view, it's in the middle of the town. Overall satisfied with my accommodation there, will definitely repeat again. :)

Our room is directly in front of main road. Got people singing/busking till late night (1AM) so it's a bit noisy. It would be great if hotel can take some action or find some common ground with them. Or request a room that's not facing the main road, might be quieter.

Location. Opposite the hotel is Dataran Parawan shopping mall, next to hotel is Mahkota Parade shopping mall. On every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, there is a night market stretching from opposite the road all the way to Jonker Walk. Free parking in hotel carpark and just walk around the town.

Air con blow direct onto bed. Need to self adjust to correct it. Water pressure in the bathroom is not consistent. But it is not without water. Just the pressure of water fluctuates.

Located next to the Mall with a supermarket,, and within walking distance to Jonker Street for the best Malakan food. Hotel also provides firm bed & hard pillows which I like. And receptionist informed me the Hotel will offer newly renovated rooms from 17 Jan 2025 :-)

Window isn't fully closed off so ac in room constantly leaks out. This means need to constantly use AC at high fan and we get a very dry room as a result.
