The location was good. The room was clean.

The staff was kind of rude. I was waiting to check in there was no one at the desk but a woman on the phone in the office. She continued her call for about 5-10 minutes before addressing me at all. I was in her line of site she definitely saw me. Also, the rooms have multi use hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. I worry about how long that has been there and how sanitary it is. It seem like an infection control problem.

Convenient, room size, shower.

We have stayed there twice in the same room. First time, kitchen area was dirty. This time cleaner. But no toilet paper and the roll on bar was almost empty but folded in a triangle…thought that was funny. The additional bedding in cabinet appears to have been used and just stuffed back in storage bag. Tissues in tissue box appear to be taken from another and stuffed individually into box…weird. Just some housekeeping issues that could be improved on.

We came here for our daughter's college graduation. The employees were very understanding and great with requests. The hotel is located downtown, the rooms and hotel were clean. You could walk downtown and also there is a parking garage across the street that they give you a parking pass.

The location is close to campus. The room was well designed and comfortable.

I wish it had been made clearer on the website that parking was not included. Although it was worth $12, clarity would have been appreciated. There is temporary parking for check in but it is limited.

Location was great, right across Phi Sig location, downtown. The staff was very nice and the room was spacious. Although extra, parking was convenient and close by in a covered parking garage.

The kitchenette sink was not clean so I did not use it. There was a "ring" of dirt around the drain opening. Also 3 of the laminate boards were not glue/placed tight and kept making a sound when walked on. A complimentary water at check in would have been a nice plus. Parking charges were not included; this should be clearly stated when booking.

Beautiful property and nicely appointed. Huge room with comfortable beds and linens.

Communication regarding housekeeping could’ve been better. It’s only upon request and I had called down requesting housekeeping, and they never made it to our room. At least we received fresh towels from the front desk.

Equipped with microwave and fridge.

Low floor rooms can hear noise’s from the streets, especially on weekends when students are getting late night snacks or walking around. Dirty dishes and cups inside the dishwasher. Dust bunnies in the gap between the fridge and kitchen counter

Central Location!! Nice staff.

No attached parking. You have to use the public parking garage across the street. And PAY for parking. It's an inconvenience that would go over better if the hotel covered the cost to park.

Location is the best. Room is small but comfortable.

After 2 people, the room gets very crowded. Slider bathroom door takes a workout to open and close.

The staff was extremely helpful especially Casi Who helped us when our room wasn’t available at 3 PM. She gave us another room at no extra charge. Unfortunately the bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close. She had someone fix it. Dan another employee help too.
