location is great decor is very nice & cozy, loved the book and ice cream cone wallpaper very clean & quiet complimentary coffee in the morning Very nice bath products that smelled amazing! room was spacious plugs in lamp bases which is great for charging phones.

hotel switched over to a Hilton system seemed like the day we arrived, which caused staff to have problems with check in, so check in was very slow. My request for adjoining rooms was confirmed at the time of my booking but because of the system switch over the request was "lost" and not fulfilled,. After speaking with the manager he had to manually compare floor maps to available rooms to find rooms for us that were at least on the same floor. That was very disappointing and time consuming, but the manager did his best with a bad situation. The cut over to the new system should have been transparent to guests, so Hilton's execution of the switch was extremely POOR.

First, the interior design was amazing. I wanted to take pictures of everything and redesign my home. I loved it. The Penn State touches also make it feel like you’re in a special place, not just a hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable - this is the first place I’ve stayed in a while where the temperature was actually comfortable and not freezing. The restaurant was small but well designed and the service was quick and friendly with tasty food to boot. The complimentary drink and coffee cards were a great surprise! The front desk staff was friendly and engaging. I was really happy with my stay.

I didn’t not like anything.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was immaculately clean, cozy, and inviting. One of the best night’s sleep i have had in a while. Given the area and it’s parking challenges, it was a plus that the hotel had its own parking accommodations.

Although not a big deal, the room was lacking storage. What looked like a dresser did not have any drawers. It stored the mini fridge, coffee pot, and safe instead.

The gentleman at the front desk (forgot his mane but we know that he is from Oregon and just got married) was the best! What a kind and professional welcome! Loved the littles touches that remind us that PSU is a big sports school! Very whimsical! Breakfast was a good experience too The fried egg on a brioche bread was excellent!

I think that elevators need some upgrades A little tough at times Garage walls should be repainted

Location and Parking plus very nice staff

Shower floors slippery, no front door to hotel- elevator area should be more welcoming and better lighting. Elevators slow to parking area, ice only on 5th floor, no filtered water refill station, coffee at restaurant cold, due to all the furniture and fabric the hotel doesn’t feel clean.

We've stayed here quite a few times, even when it was the Atherton Hotel back several years, and the elevators are ridiculously bad. Always. Has no one figured out that only 1 or 2 functioning elevators out of 3 isn't great? And the elevators look shabby and jerk and groan. They haven't changed since the days of the Atherton Hotel. So the rooms, public spaces and decor are really great but if I constantly have to stand waiting for crummy elevator whether at parking level of lobby level or room floor, and it's been this way for every stay here we have experienced, why wouldn't you fix your elevator service?? Really very annoying especially for frequent visitors

Great location, clean, fun decor

Bar tender was not friendly. Stopped a little after 4 pm for a drink and was told rudely he wasn’t open even though he was to open at 4pm. Later in the evening we waited at the bar for quite some time without even being acknowledged.

A great location for a hotel at Penn State - right in the downtown area and close to campus. The room was so cute with Penn State decor that was not overdone. We were there for the inaugural Ironman 70.3 and they had out snacks for athletes and even a bike cleaning station in the garage.

Don't have much to complain about - wish parking was included, but $15/night isn't too unreasonable.

We liked a lot of things of the Graduate hotel. Rooms are very well decorated and the beds are very comfortable , bathrooms are very spacious, perfect for more than one person.

Our room 301 had a very specific noise in the air condition that we ended up getting used to it! I think you should check this up! Also we dis not know that the cleaning of the rooms were upon request!

Location is within walking distance of everything.

I guess they all charge extra for parking now even this place that has a parking garage. It was only $15 a night but still that needs to be part of the fee up front. Not when you arrive at the hotel.
