This is a regular spot to stay when we're working in the area as it's right next to the N2 (but not too noisy) so convenient. You can't walk into Plett from here, you do really need a car to get around but the staff are helpful, the rooms clean and the breakfast good. We stayed in the villa rooms this time which looked as though they had recently been modernized - very comfortable and a large bathroom with a fabulous shower and separate bath but no sea view or balcony.

There always seem to be a staff shortage and the coffee machine wasn't working! On the last day, as there were no tour groups, there wasn't a buffet breakfast but platters that were individually prepared when you arrived for breakfast which took much longer.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Everybody was very accommodating and helpful. We were checking out very early in the morning, and the manager went above and beyond for us. I believe his name is daniel. The night before, we were made a breakfast pack for our trip. This included three different fruits, a granola, yogurt and fruit cup, 2 freshly made sandwiches as well as a fruit juice. We were very impressed and must say some of the reviews are a little harsh. The balconies overlook beautiful views, and the bathrooms included a shower and full bath tub. What a treat, we ended off each of our stays off with a lovely hot bath.

We struggled with our Netflix, eventually logged in, but didn't work. Then, we were unable to log out. However, no biggie. Just used our laptops.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, Elizebie the manager was great. The breakfast was delicious and always served with a big smile by Thabisa and the chef. The room was cleaned daily to satisfaction. The location was convenient as it was a 5 mins drive to the restaurants, shopping centre and the beaches. It was great that the property had a generator as load shedding didn't affect us much. Also happy that the room had great wifi and tv media box that allowed us to stream anything on youtube, netflix & showmax. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this peaceful and quiet accomodation.

We booked a sea facing room on the 1st floor however the room that was allocated was on the ground floor with not much of a view, instead the little sight of the sea was filled by a tree! Advice to anyone booking, avoid rooms 1 & 2 if you're looking for a view.

Exceptional stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Highly recommend. Great location, and delicious breakfast. Will definitely return. Location.We loved the tranquility.with greenery and beautiful views. Hard to believe we were in the bustling Plettenberg in holiday season.Opposite a 24hour service station and a few food places. Staff helpful and attentive. Madri was an absolute Gem. Promptly helped with sending something we had forgotten. Breakfast was good ,with fresh sweet fruit and enough options for all dietary requirements. Good WiFi. A buzzing generator & thoughtful Led lights meant we hardly felt the loadshedding hampering most of South African stays.

Room 8 that we were in is staying in is starting to look a little tired and in need of a bit of a refurbishment and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was missing.

Nice location and the room was great. Easy to find and the view was just fantastic.

The restaurant was a bit under developed and food prices quite expensive.

The rooms were comfy, nice bath that filled and stayed filled, comfy beds. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Good location.

Bit far from parking to room bit had help of porter so not a real problem for us. If mobility not great would ask for a downstairs room as steep steps.

Everything!!…the room was comfortable, clean and large, the breakfast was wholesome and lovely and the views were outstanding. The staff, especially Phindi were friendly, helpful and very attentive. I would sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Plettenberg Bay. Loved it.

What can I say, there is nothing not to like.

The rooms were very clean and the property was well cared for. The included breakfast offered many choices. We had deep tissue massages at the spa. These were some of the best that we’ve ever had. Wish we had stayed more than one night.
