Perfect hotel for your stay in Cracow, including great buffet breakfasts. Conveniently located close to the very heart of the city center and yet a bit hidden from the all the noise. Sweet surprise waited for us when the staff learnt I was celebrating my birthday while staying in the hotel. Thank you!

Bit too narrow bed and hard mattresses. Too narrow bed was a bigger issue. If next time is possible to get king size bed we're all in even for some extra fee. Also for some reason the staff exchanged all our towels after one day already (all hanging on the wall) probably some misunderstanding.

Location superb, near the centre but also a quiet street. Beautifully designed building and welcoming lobby. All staff friendly, polite and helpful. On arrival the room was thoughtfully air conditioned at the best cool temperature on a hot day, everything spotless and super clean, with very nice smells. Bed, though a regular sized double bed, was very comfortable with good pillows so a good night’s sleep was had. Breakfast in restaurant is tasty, healthy and varied options available. Looks more like a families and couples hotel. Very good value for money.

No slippers or bath robes provided. No coffee machine in the room. Tv is quite old and dated, cannot remotely connect mobile device or screen share. No soundproofing in the room so whenever other guests leave their rooms the door slams can be heard. Classic room does not have “inner courtyard view” it faces the opposite rooms of the hotel so there is no nice view and no privacy. Only their premier rooms (that don’t have bath tubs) face the street. No remote control for air conditioner, settings on unit are easy enough but prefer to have a remote to control from the bed. Woken up by the loud shrill sounds of a circular saw at 8am - probably no fault of hotel as it might have been construction happening next door and just an unfortunate moment.

The position was really good, right between the city center and the Jewish quarter so that you would easily visit the part you prefer from there. The price/quality ratio was definitely good! Breakfast was good, despite not so many sweets options but more than I was actually expecting.

The staff behaviour was a bit random: few people have been nice, but some others were kinda rude or apathetic. There was especially this short guy with glasses at the reception that looked kinda annoyed and apathetic at the same time that you could say by miles that he wasn't living for this job at all. I generally expect a better service from a four star hotel.

It’s located really close to the main part of the old town, accessible by a literal 5 minute walk. The tours and excursions all pick up from there. The reception lady was really lovely, couldn’t have been more helpful even when we asked about more English breakfast tea and we scared her with our excitement! We had a family room as there were 3 of us and it had 3 beds, and the room was perfection, hit by the smell of clean when you walked in, and we even had our own balcony area my vaping friend could use. Honestly it was exactly what we wanted and we were so impressed. They came by and made the beds and cleared the bins and refreshed the complimentary water daily too.

That I don’t live there all the time!

What a beautiful hotel in an excellent location! It's a few minutes walk to Wawel Castle in one direction, Kazimierz (Jewish Quarter) in another and Rynek Glówny (Main Square) is maybe a 10 minute stroll but everywhere in Krakow is basically flat so it's very easy to walk. The staff were lovely the rooms are really well appointed and spotless. We had adjoining rooms which was great for our family and there is a lift! There are dressing gowns and slippers for the sauna. The breakfast was fabulous. Can't wait to go back.

Honestly nothing the hotel was great. If I had to list a negative the street that the hotel is on didn't have much street lighting but Krakow feels like a very safe city so it didn't bother us.

Great location, clean, staff were all so friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and cleaned every day.

The hotel was great the only thing that let it down was towards the end of our trip a big group of students come to stay, they were extremely loud, slamming doors at ridiculous times all night, would have been better to keep them all together on their own floor at the bottom of the property instead of all over. Just a shame for us because the property was perfect and no problems at all until they arrived.

The hotel is near the old town of Krakov. Near are also trams, if you want to visit Kazimier district or Podgorze. Near is also the train station to the airport, but the hotel also provide shuttle service with a nice driver that gives good advices for tourist visits. The hotel is on a calm street and I have got some really nice and good sleeps. I liked that the room have the possibiliy to open the window and let some fresh air in. The rooms were very clean. The wifi was working perfectly (so I could hold an online meeting and work normaly). The breakfast was also nice (only the coffee was not really strong in the morning, but at least good).

I do not have any bad coment, everything was fine. Maybe once I have found the accessories at the breakfast a little bit dirty, but this happens when there is a lot of people.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel. 10 mins walk to the old town, near to public transport options and restaurants. hotel is maintained well. Has elevator which is convenient if you have language. Had good breakfast options. On the some days when there were not too many guests and there was no buffet option (made sense to avoid wasting food) the staff still ensured for guests who still stayed were given hot breakfast options.

The housekeeping service did not chance the bedsheets at all throughout my 4 day stay.

Clean room, Modern looking very quiet room although there was a door communicating with the room next door but not a big problem Breakfast is good The whole property very clean

The heating system seemed not working properly. Although the thermostat was set to HEAT both me and my friends found the room very cold. Please make sure the heating system doesn't shut down when the card is not in the room. My friends and I reported this multiple times and the staff tried their best but I think the system needs a major review. In winter, the room must be warm from the moment the client enters in it.

- Maybe it was just mine apartment, but I literally could hear all the talks from wall behind, bothered a bit during the night. People next to me weren't 'loud' but I could literally hear everything. So don't expect soundproof rooms, or the fact that it will provide you intimacy
