Clean, modern property in an excellent location on Andrassy Avenue on the edge of the Jewish Quarter and a short metro ride away from City Park and Heroes Square, the State Opera, and the House of Terror museum. Unexpectedly quiet and restful given its location on a busy street; excellent soundproofed windows. New mattresses provide excellent support for a restful sleep. Buffet breakfast is the best we ever had in all our travels. Friendly, accommodating staff speaks and understands English.

While there are some acceptable restaurants close on Andrassy Avenue, it would have been nice to have a few more for a better choice close to the hotel when the weather isn’t optimal. However, the Jewish Quarter—which is being gentrified—is very close and boasts a growing number of eateries and bars of different types.

We spent 4 nights, 3 Days I. hotel Moments. The hotel is centrally located. Close to the Opera House and public transportation. It is beautifully designed (we booked a signature room, newly updated) The room was spacious and comfortable, with great soundproof windows, A/C which works very well. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Very nice and efficient 24-hour front desk. There is a coffee/tea 24 hours in a lobby. In addition, there is an espresso coffee machine in the room.

if you have mobility issues you might have problems using the bathroom. There is NO separate shower. Only extremely high bathtub. In addition, the shower head is attached to the side wall and positioned very low. There is no way you can stand under the shower. You will need to hold the shower in one hand. It might be inconvenient. It did not bother us much but might be an issue for some people. There is NO space in the nightstands; they are stylish but very small.

The location was ideal for exploring the city; St. Stephen’s was within 3 walking minutes and the hop on/hop off bus stop. The hotel was very clean and well maintained; the reception staff (especially Berta) was super friendly and professional; the breakfast buffet included a large variety of fresh bread, etc as well as cooked food and freshly squeezed juice. The lounge was a good place to relax with a cup of tea. Our room on the 4th floor was large and comfortable with a strong shower. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, quiet, and in an excellent location. The staff were very polite and did their jobs well. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the lobby were much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, with something new offered every morning.

What I didn't like – Guests were not greeted at the entrance to the breakfast area to check room numbers and confirm if breakfast was included. Had I known there was no control over breakfast access, I might not have added it to my reservation, as it seemed that anyone could enjoy it. However, I do appreciate your trust in all hotel guests.

Feels very luxe from the moment you walk in. Friendly staff greet you at all times. Tasteful decor throughout, coffee/tea station in the lobby is very handy when you get back from a day out exploring the city. We liked the mix of original architectural features and modern retro furniture. The location is excellent, so close to a main square and public transport hub. Very clean hotel and great thorough cleaning by the chamber maids every morning. Book this place you won't regret it

Very minor comments that didn't ruin our stay but are worth mentioning. The beds are slightly on the firm side and the pillows are a bit too soft. The breakfast was great during the start of the week. As we got towards the weekend the hotel filled up and breakfast seemed a bit hectic and the staff were struggling to keep up with refilling items and clearing and resetting tables. The hotel is having some internal renovations at the moment, it would have been good to have known this before booking.com took payment before we arrived, as the floor we were staying on was affected.

We loved staying here. It is a beautiful hotel, well located and the reception staff could not be more helpful….they are a credit to the hotel. Our room was lovely with morning sunshine and no noise of traffic. Reception area to relax in and help yourself to tea/coffee …. enjoyed great pianist on one occasion. Good breakfast with lots of choice and delicious food at restaurant.

Could be better choice of breakfast cereals….some muesli/ granola type cereals would be nice.

Ideally located on Pest side for all major landmarks and use of airport bus 100E. Friendly welcome. Spotless room (116) of good size. Comfy bed, black out curtains, quiet neighbourhood meant sleeping like a log. Nespresso coffee in room is nice to wake up to. Great breakfast although busy at peak times. Complimentary coffee in lounge is good idea. Umbrellas in reception were used for the wet weather in the evenings.

Not a dislike but a future consideration. Whilst the Zenobia Lebanese restaurant (used upon arrival on the Friday evening) is next door within the same building, a small bar area in the lounge would have been great for a night cap.

Excellent location for accessing both Buda and Pest and all the locations along the Danube, including the Parliament Building, Castle. Jewish Quarter, Freedom Square, Heroes Square and the Museum of Terror, plus of course numerous bars and restaurants. Lovely room from which we could see the basilica. Beautiful interior, quite breathtaking from the lobby when looking upwards. Excellent breakfast. Extremely helpful staff.

Maybe a bar area to have a post dinner drink, albeit we made use of the attached restaurant. Other than that I have no negative comments on a lovely hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Moments Budapest was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby spacious, the rooms modern and comfortable. Great bed, huge walk in shower, blackout blinds, there was nothing we could complain about. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast is tasty, there's wide selection of dishes and sweets. Hotel has an excellent location. A few minutes walk is enough to get from the hotel to the Opera House, the Basilica or the Parliament building. There is a transport hub right next to the hotel, the airport bus, the 1st metro line, trams and buses that will take you easily to the Market Hall or the Buda Castle.

Location is very central at the bottom of Andrassy. Still an excellent hotel (after many stays here). Good sized rooms with comfortable beds and super large breakfast if you order in room. Helpful front desk staff and the free coffee for hotel guests in the lobby was a really nice touch.

We had 4 rooms. Some of the rooms had slightly small bathrooms. Probably because it's a classical building, it was difficult making the divisions. Also the slightly earlier than normal check out time can be difficult for many. But reception staff were helpful where possible to store your luggage or if available offer late check out. The breakfast was much better in room than going to the restaurant.
