It’s beautiful and feels so homey.

The employees at check in are not always available. Someone should always be up front to help the customers out. it’s the same at the information table and when your checking in your car at the valet or coming back. Also, there is mildew starting in the shower and the bathroom did not look like it was vacuumed. the muck is piling up agains the back floor walls as well. The comforters on the bed look like they need to be replaced because they looked really bumpy. The feathers are going to one side of the squares. Over looking all of that, I did have a wonderful stay. Everyone was very pleasant, especially the girls at the check in, which is truly appreciated.

Everything, the nightly music and movie, awesome! The restaurant was fabulous! Just a beautiful resort and not overly priced!

Breakfast was brilliant such a great choice. Very busy but the wait was not as long as expected. The room we had was so comfortable as usual so for our next stay we would like the same room. Pool was great for a relaxing time after a busy day. Food in the EP bar and grill was lovely and went down well with a blue Hawaiian cocktail. What a great time we had. The staff have come to know us as we are regulars. Always sad to leave but we will be back in January already booked.

Not being able to get the airport shuttle to pick us up on arrival as the phones in the airport had been removed so we had to pay for a taxi.

The rooms were wonderful. The grounds were awesome.

We did go into the restaurant one night to have dinner. There was 6 of us. Our waitress was horrible. It took her forever to take our order. Took a very long time to get our drinks. Pafter we got our food she never checked to see if everything was OK. She refused to split up our bill made us pay together. When we did ask for the bill it took over 45 minutes to get it. She had no personality at all. Nothing like everyone else in the hotel.

The hotel was extremely nice. Our room was clean but we had no coffee cups and only 1 towel between the 2 of us. Of course, when we went down for dinner, I asked the front desk for more towels, and they gave us plenty. The staff was great! Loved that there was security in the parking lot and inside the hotel.

Did not like the $50 fee charged for incidentals. Hotel already had our credit card on file, IF something had happened they could have charged the card or discussed it during check out. Also there were no Pepsi products available, only Coke products.

A large room and bathroom. Elvis music sorted by decade and films on the tv. Also, the option to log on to netflix. Super-sized chair. Our room was very dark at night and very quiet - a very good night's sleep. Live music. Good food choices. Elvis films nightly in the cinema room, followed by complimentary pb+j sandwiches with chocolate milk. This is a fun place, whether you are an Elvis fan or not. Free shuttle to Graceland complex - although it might be faster to walk as it's so close! The Guesthouse at Graceland is next door to Graceland (we didn't realise when we booked). You can visit The Chapel in the Woods by following a path at the side of the hotel. This hotel was a lovely surprise!

The room cleaning team were a bit over eager. We exchanged room cleaning for a free drink but staff still came in at 3.30pm when we were resting. Room staff also knocked to come in at 8.30am on check-out day.

It was beautiful hotel. Room comfortable and enjoyed our Elvis channel. We had all the comforts of home. Loved movie theatre ever night at 7pm. Loved our peanut butter sandwich and hot chocolate every night at 9 pm. Music friday night. Restaurants and gifts shops on site. My favorite place was the South tower staircase with chandeliers replica of Elvis's home. Handicap parking close to front door and easy access. Rode pink Cadillac to Marlowes every night for dinner.

Location was fantastic! Free shuttle to Graceland is provided also! First class service-staff were super friendly! Clean room & comfy beds. Shower was huge with good temperature & pressure. Bar downstairs had live music nightly. Coffee shop onsite. Restaurants on site provided a nice meal after touring Graceland and you really didn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. The pool and grounds were pretty (though not open yet due to season) . Tip: offsite - Check out Marlowe’s BBQ restaurant down the street as they have a service that will pick you up in a Pink Cadillac (a true Elvis experience). Beale Street 15 minutes away.

Staff is very nice. Room is spacious, clean and modern. Hotel itself is huge, with a nice pool in the middle, various restaurants with above average food and fair prices, and a great bar with a great live band playing Elvis and the likes. Shuttle system to visit Graceland works fine.

Breakfast is a bit overpriced but it had quality. Parking should also be free for guests, although not very expensive compared to city centre hotels. Also, being an Elvis hotel it should have much more Elvis related stuff. They have an Elvis movie everyday, but at 7pm (same hour as the bar band) which really is a terrible hour because of dinner and touring. They could easily have a 9pm session as well.

Location was good and close proximity to Graceland. Clean hotel and overall good condition.

The length of time it takes to get anything brought to your room. We declined housekeeping as our stay was only two nights but we wanted clean towels for second night so we stopped at the desk and they said they would send housekeeping up with them. It took an hour. Also on same night we ordered more of the Fiji waters that the room comes equip with (we drank the first two on the first night) they never brought the waters we ordered the second night. After waiting until almost midnights (we asked for them at 10:06) I went to bed.
