Hotel was clean, well maintained, very good breakfast. The morning clerk was friendly and helpful at check out.

Evening clerk was on the phone with a friend the entire time I and two others checked in. She was unhelpful and seemed to be completely consumed with her phone call. Also, she said that a $100 deposit was mandatory upon check in. I'm not totally against a deposit, but it should have been stated at some point during the initial booking, and not sprung on me at check in!

It is really close to the airport. They serve a good breakfast. It is served from 6 to 9. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The cable is fuzzy on a lot of channels. We were in the room next to the stairwell which is very loud. I would request an interior room next time so the outside door doesn't slam and keep you up all night. They have a gated parking lot which was nice. There is a good Mexican food restaurant two blocks down. I wouldn't walk, I drove. All in all a good value if you have an early flight.

Ideal location for my trip, far enough away from Downtown but close enough to use Uber to get to the entertainment.

No WiFi in breakfast and reception area which was frustrating due to a fault which was not fixed after reporting. Needed it to book other parts of our vacation.

The swing shift, gentleman, was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only problem was the day shift manager. He was not friendly and rude. I was not greeted when I approached the desk. He was very unprofessional. He needs to take some professional tips from the swing shift clerk.

Room was clean but the plug for my computer did not work. Told the night clerk and she came up but was not able to help. She wasn't sure she could get us a new room, which made me a little frustrated. However, she followed through and got us another room. I had found another plug in which worked. Didn't want to get all our stuff and move. So I kindly refused the new room. I owe the clerk an apology for not being polite. The young women doing the breakfast was extremely personable and sweet. Did a great job on the breakfast.

The room was quiet and very comfortable. Ignore the hallways, rooms are much cleaner. Beds and pillows were nice. Parking lot is gated.

The location wasn’t that great. It was quiet but found out there was a murder 3 minutes down the road, the same night we stayed. The lady who checked me in wasn’t very friendly. Accidentally gave me a room that hadn’t been cleaned/someone else’s things were left in the room. She did give me a different room immediately after bringing it to her attention. Not sure when it happened but I woke up to a bug bite on my wrist, don’t know what it could have been or of it even happened while sleeping. There is a $100 incidental fee they don’t tell you about on here.

There was people smoking drugs on the floor we was on and it was so bad I couldn’t sleep. I told the front desk but he said they had a ton of people come in at one time…..bad excuse! It was posted that it is a 100% smoke free hotel.

The hotel staff were constantly cleaning during our stay. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent. We would definitely stay again.

Icemaker on 3 wasn't operational. Had to go down to Lobby for ice.

The parking lot is gated. It was a huge room, lots of space. Very clean, the hotel smells very nice! Friendly staff. And most importantly the cost was very reasonable.
