A good location for travelling by car or train, we can park our car in front of the hotel, to walk just 2 crossing roads to get Sapporo station and the almost flat path way is also easy to roll our big 5 luggage across. With the Family mart nearby and 7-11 a little far over, it is good to fill up us at night. The standard triple room size is too small for 3 adults, yet all 3 beds are comfy and clean. Amenities in room are adequate still we can get another on the first floor, moreover we can have little box of drinking water as complementary on 1st floor too. The breakfast is good, it is not big still it is enough to start a day and the coffee from UCC coffee machine is as UCC taste. The small Onsen is OK to rest for awhile, but a very good thing after onsen are located in front of Onsen room is frozen ice cream ^__^

Standard triple room, the size is too small for us which we can only open our luggage one by one, and the ventilation fan in our bath room works too slow make us hard to breath if bathing too long.

nice location with 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station. The staffs can communicate in English well. The room was clean, the bed was not cramped, not hard, quite confortable. There is a bathtub in the style of hotels in Japan. The public common sauna was clean and well-equipped, you just bring your own towel and enjoy your relaxing time. There are 2 coin washing machines in the sauna but you need credit card to pay for using. When checked out I forgot my mouthwasher then the staffs help me to find and get it back to me. Thank you a lot. I will come back this hotel next time.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel has prime location only 5 minutes walk to Daimaru and 10 minutes walk to JR Sapporo which is very convenient. All amenities are provided in the lobby area which you can take what you need. I recommend the cleansing oil. The staffs are nice, polite and always helpful. The room size is quite compact however it’s normal for the hotel room in Japan. So it’s not a big deal.

Staff had good English. We arrived at 2pm and they advised our room was ready although they do store bags if it had not been the case. The room was spacious enough for us to lay out suitcase on the floor and we appreciated the storage area for it to be pushed under the unit next to the desk so it didn't impede the walkway.The bed was large and medium firmness and there were plenty of powerpoints around the room - definitely more than average compared to other accommodation we've stayed at. Wifi was fast and we managed to stream without any mid episode buffering. The breakfast provided had a good selection of foods - we particularly liked the meatballs.

Only one towel hook on the door - quite common in Japan but not great if you want to reuse your towels (which most places make a big deal about for sustainability so I find it counterproductive). The toilet seat lid was slightly too large so it didn't fit next to the sink basin well. Sometimes the lid would fall on our back as we sat on the toilet seat.

I love that the staff were very nice and helpful. They readily checked us in and brought out enormous amount of luggage up our rooms. They were very helpful in suggesting places to ear and booking us a cab. The room was compact but were very nice, clean. The option to get just what you need at the lobby for amenities was nice so that you’ll take just what you need. I also loved that a Family Mart branch was just around the corner for some late night emergency needs or late night snacking. They were also quick to reply when we were inquiring about an item we were looking for.

The location was a few blocks away from the train station and mall. Just a bit difficult to go to during a snowy day.

Location - it's very close to the Sapporo station which allows flexibility of the trip. Value - definitely it's cheap compared to other hotels with the same requirement The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

Bed - Personally, the bed was not that good I woke up with back pain. Room - The room has that sort of smell, when you walk into an old apartment that the owner used to smoke in the room. I think this might not apply to all the rooms.

Great location. Have a huge bath public at the second floor. Good staffs there nice and good service. Near the Sapporo station. Easy walking to every where.

Have switch and plug only one side of the bed. It hards to turn the light off and plug the electric device too. The dryer machine, I paid for more that 900 yen for dry my closes but there were not completed dry. I have to hang them in the room over the night.

Location is good. Free ice cream available at public bath. Have vending machines and microwave available at public area. Also free amenities such as facial wash and lotion available at lobby. Free bottle water is available too if needed.

The public bath is relatively small but it's good to have it available. Could improve on the cleaning at public bath.

The room is very clean. Location is convenient. It's quiet even though it's near to the rail roads. The public bath is very convenient and enjoyable with free ice cream. Amenities are available and quite complete.

The room lights were a bit dim. The fridge wasn't very cold. No waste bin for general and food waste on the second floor where they provide a microwave.

The location of this hotel is really good, within 5 minute walk from Sapporo station so very central and easy if you arrive in Sapporo by train. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Even though we had to check-in using a self check-in machine, the staff at reception was really helpful and guided us through the process (without speaking much English we made it all work). They were also super helpful on the day of check-out and stored our luggage for us for a few hours. On the 2nd floor there were public baths, several vending machines, a filtered water tab and a microwave.

It isn't the most modern hotel so it could do with a bit of a style upgrade, but all in all everything was still very clean and comfortable so not an issue really. Just also be aware the hotel is on the north, slightly quieter side of the station so all of the sightseeing is not directly on your doorstep.
